A girl named Abigail was a girl without a voice. She could not talk no matter how much she tried. Her parents have taken her to several Doctors, but none of them could figure out why she couldn't talk. Her, her parents, and her two brothers prayed she would be able to talk. But days. Weeks. Months, and years passed with her literally speechless. One day she was trying to talk to her mother and she lightly whispered, but then completely silent again.
She lays in bed nights crying. Praying she will be able to talk. She wanted to tell her family she loved them, instead of writing them a sticky note with, "I love you." on it. She wanted to do things in their church, but how could she do it with out a voice? She loves Jesus so much. She knows He healed people in the past. She just wishes He would heal her. One day she was on her computer looking at Jesus pictures, and found one that made her cry. It was of a person asking God for help, and He was right there... and healed him

In one way this made her cry. In another way, however, it gave her hope. She just wondered why it was taking so long for Him to hear her cry, and heal her.
This coming Sunday was going to be just like every other Sunday for Abigail, depressing. All the music, responsive readings, the three scripture readings, and she could only either set there or stand there. If she could ever talk she wanted to do so much. Sing, read, anything that involved her voice. But how, without a voice?
