Vanessa's POV
**Flashback**
"Mom!!!!! I don't want to move I plenty happy with my friends here and my life here. Why????" Not now mom. Worst timing ever. She could not be doing this to me on the day my crush talked to me."I'm sorry sweety but you know that because of your dad's job this is our lifestyle. It wont change."
"But mom!!! Why does it matter what he does!!! I haven't seen him in so long I don't remember his face or voice. I don't even remember his name. All I know is that you refer to him as 'dad' or 'your father'! I'm not leaving!"
My mom glared at me. I already knew what she was going to say. "This isn't up for discussion. Mine and your father's decision is final. We are moving and you will go. Understood?" No matter how hard I stared her evil eye never faltered.
I just gave up, all my hope was lost. "Fine mom. Where are we moving to this time?" I was hoping she couldn't hear the monotone dragging behind each word.
"Well we are moving to Pennsylvania!!!" My mother could not have sounded any more enthusiastic. "Mom!!!!!!! That's across the country, and they have snow and cold weather! NO WAY!" I screamed mostly out of frustration but also because I did not want to leave the perfect all around sunny weather of San Diego, California.
It's not that bad. We are moving to Pittsburgh. Pack your bags, honey, we leave on Friday morning, we get there Saturday afternoon and you start school Monday. CHOP CHOP!"
**End Flashback**
That was Tuesday, today's Thursday the last day I will ever see my friends and my crush, Liam. Only he wasn't there and hadn't been there since Wednesday.
