I saw her eyelids open and then dose off again,
All while keeping a firm hold on her hand so she couldnt leave me bereft,
This time when she woke up something was strange,
She was calm and had an engaging smile as if warning me for later to behave,
I tried to coax my heart , -" look she is fine , better than before, just dont lose hope ,"
But the only reply i got was ,-"I dont know i could feel there's something wrong "
The moment she decided to close her eyes and laydown,
Is when i panicked that i won't be able to save her anyhow,
The earlier calm face now held some confusion,
As is she was hesistant to make her final decision,
At last all her agony , all her pain, all her suffering left her , as she spoke,"Remember the place between sleep and awake is where we will meet again"
And closed her eyes forever which were which were once wide awake.
