Chapter 1

*Lyndsey's POV*

We had been waiting for this day for too long. Me and My best friend. Finally. We are going to be going on X-factor. Our dreams since a young age. To be doing what we love and to be with each other. I has slept round hers the night before but we seriously couldn't sleep, so we were up and getting ready at 4am, we live in Swindon, England and we were going to Wembly arena to do our audition in front of the judges we got through the first audition but this is now the real thing and it takes about 1 hour to get there, but we needed to look good.Our audition time wasn't until 10am but me and Liberty, everyone calls her Libby, are very organized so her mum said we would be out the house by 7.

I was just doing Libby's hair as she picked up her phone and started to ring someone.

"Wakey wakey eggs and bakey" Libby called down the phone I looked at the caller ID and saw it was her mum under the name of 'Mummy:D"' .

This is why I love her, her mum is only next door and she was too lazy to get up so she called her. After that she hung up. Her mum came in and simply said "Could you not have just came in, because you know i hate marimba in the mornings" me and Libby just started cackling with laughter.

"Nope" she said popping the p.

"Well i best get your father up" Libby's mum said walking out the room.

"Okay, finished" I said Libby looked in the mirror

"Perfect" she announced.

"Now its time for your hair to be done by the libatron" You know something is going to be bad when she calls herself the 'libatron'. I just huff and turn around. She gets the curling iron out and to be honest I don't trust her with it because she is a very clumsy person it's dangerous I have never met such a clumsy person before. As she turned them on i heard a screech.

"OOOOUCCCHHHH!" Was all I heard in my ear. It was Libby.

"What happened?!" I asked very concerned.

"I burnt myself" my eyes widened.

"Nope,no,no,no,no,no. you have only just out them on and you have already burnt yourself.,i'm not letting you do my hair with them or at all because I will come out with burnt marks all over my face and we are going to be on tv this can't happen" she just burst out laughing.

"okay, okay."After that I done my own hair and we got dressed and got ready to leave.

When we got there we saw this massive queue we had to wait in for like 4 hours which wasn't the best thing ever. When we got in there we heard our name being called. Its time. We went next to the stage. Libbys mum, dad and my  Mum were stood at the bottom of the tiny stairs leading to the stage, they wished us luck gave us a kiss then we were called onto stage. We walked out onto stage and I saw the judges looking straight at us it went 'Simon,Louis.Sharon then someone I know but cant put my name to it. Brown hair was all I got.

The he boy I didnt know asked "So whats your name"

"Teenage avenue" Libby  answered very smoothly I have to say Libby is very good with things like this me on the other hand, well I'm frightened to death.

Sorry I only did Lyndsey's POV all the way through but her point of view was much more interesting, also sorry none of the boys have been introduced yet, or have they?
