Goodbye

I ran as fast as I could, I could hear sirens in the distance and him yelling after me. I was careful as ever not to trip and get caught. I just have to circle around back to the police and I'll lose Jc.

I never knew why these boys were so obsess with me? Yet, I've never asked.

Part of me isn't ready to face what they have to say, but I need to know why sooner or later.

After circling back I was greeted by three cops.

"He ran away in the woods." I said calmly as ever as if this wasn't my first rodeo, it wasn't, but hopefully it's my last.

I watched as two cops take off with their German Shepherds. I began to get swarmed with questions that I have already been asked before. I had to describe them, tell them their names. I had to tell them everything they've done to me.

It was wrecking to talk about everything I've been through, but I kept calm.

One of the kind officers was nice enough to drive me to his house and let me stay over.

He, is who's wearing the ring I picked for him. I am wearing the ring he bought me, and our kid is happy and safe, and will never go through what I did.

It's a happy little way to close things off.

Yet, why did they kidnap me?

I've never asked and I don't need to ask.

I found myself, and my happiness, and that's all that matters.

I found Neve.
