Backstory #1
Shizuko Ayora
Lightning Arrow
"Steady your arms and aim straight at the target," yelled the instructor. Shizuko was extremely young for archery but she was talented. Only five years old and she hasn't missed a single target.
"Ready, and go," she whispered as she let go of the small bow that left her hand and went straight to the bullseye.
Her whole team was made up of seven year olds who didn't hold a candle to her strength. Sure, she was only five, but she could probably roundhouse kick you in your stomach before you knew it happened. Maybe even break a few ribs. She was definitely the strange one. And she was about to become even stranger.
As she loaded up another one of her arrows, rain started to fall. Lightly at first but it got heavier. (I can't believe I'm writing a cliché. Sighing at myself)
Everyone was putting their bows back into the shed and collecting arrows from out of the targets, but Shizuko just stood there, focusing her aim, not shifting her gaze for even a second. Her eyes never blinked.
"Ready," she said as she breathed slowly.
"And," as she prepared to let go of the bow.
"Go!" is what she would have said in her adorable little five-year-old voice if she hadn't been interrupted by the massive bolt of lightning striking the tip of her arrow, sending an electric shock from her arm, all the way to the tips of her brown hair. Which was now, believe it or not, blonde.
Her arrow slipped through her hand that had been covered by the rain and it went past the target straight to the ground as she stood with her deadpan expression.
Its was the first target that she missed.
Ever.
"Sensei?"
"A-AH yes, Shizuko?"
"Am I dead?"
"U-Um, no......surprisingly."
"Can I go home?"
"YES, RIGHT NOW IN FACT, YOUR MOTHER HAS ARRIVED!!"
The situation was explained to Shizuko's mom and luckily it had a peaceful resolution.
From then on, it seemed like Shizuko's strength and speed was increasing tremendously. Which it really was. She was still learning how to use her strength....
But still....
She's never missed another arrow since that day.
END.

Backstory #2
Kazuki Himotara
Wild Horse
"Get away from me!" Kazuki yelled. He screamed and whined and cried, but his parents just wouldn't leave him be.
Kazuki was an outcast. Too strong to play with his own classmates. Too young to be alone. But he was.
Five years old with no friends is sad.
Especially when you had friends but they ran away. Because you didn't know your own strength.
