Apparently, I fell asleep cause next thing I knew, I was on my bed and all my stuff were packed.
I couldn't believe I let my mom do all the work. I was enough of a handful enough, I didn't need to give her anymore reason to make her life more difficult.
Maybe if my dad don't leave me, then she wouldn't have to deal with that. Damn it! I hope I find him and give him a piece of my mind. Maybe a punch or if he's old then a slap.
I groaned. Ugh, I felt as if a wrecking ball fell on me. My whole body ached. Probably from the running I did yesterday.
I was racing my friend and cousin Laurence. He lives right next to me and he was moving with us too.
Im about 3 years older than he was. We've pretty much been together for years.
As I slowly got up, I thought about all the memories in this house.
I couldn't believe we were moving. I thought we would have this house forever.
At least Laurence and his parents was coming with us, and that there was some organization or something over there for us.
Apparently, there was this thing were we have to go camping every month. And we have party's for like Christmas and stuff.
My mom said it was a good thing for me, but to me, I didn't feel like a good thing.
A loud sound of a car starting snapped me out of my thoughts. I walked to my window and saw that a moving van was in the driveway.
A man in a blue shirt and black pants with blonde was shouting something at someone. Hopefully it wasn't my mom, cause if it was, I would beat the shit out of him.
I heard another shout from another person. Luckily it wasn't my mom that was getting shouted at or shouting back. It was a man with floppy black hair like mine and blue shirt and black pants like the other man. He had a streak of orange and purple on his hair.
I was kinda curious and tempted to go downstairs and take a better look at him and the other man but I didn't feel like talking them.
Unfortunately, my mom had other plans. I heard her call my name downstairs, so I quickly washed my face and combed my hair. I ran downstairs to see my mom sitting in the kitchen. She was drinking coffee, like always and had an empty plate in front of her. Same on the sides of her. She must've served the men that was shouting.
I glanced at the clock and saw that it was already 1:30 pm. "Hey mom." I said as I grabbed the chair and sat down.
The men had messily eaten and hadn't cleaned up. I glared at the plates. So far, I didn't like the men. As I grabbed a clean plate from the table and got some food.
After I ate my eggs and bacon, I cleaned up my mess and the men's mess. I washed the dishes too. I knew my mom was too busy with her work to do it herself.
After I washed the dishes and dried my hands, I went outside to meat the men. When I saw them, they were carrying some stuff out of the garage and into the truck. As I came closer to the men I saw that the black haired man had light brown or hazel eyes with a slight glint in it.The man looked around 23 or 24.
The man with blonde hair had light blue eyes which looked like it would light up suddenly. He had really pale skin, like a ghosts. He looked around 40 or 41.
Something about the blonde dude made him look younger. Maybe it's because of his eyes and the way it has so much life in.
Unlike the old man, the man with black floppy hair like mine's, looked like he just came out of the streets. He had really noticeable dark crescents under his eyes. His hair is so much more messy than when I saw him from above. He's skin was paler than the other man, which I never thought was possible, so pale that I could almost see his veins.
After they took one of the boxes to the moving truck/van, the old man stretched his arms. He looked over to me and he shook his head as he chuckled.
"Whoo! Dang James, a good day done, right?" Said the old man.
"Yeah, sure." Mumbled the guy supposed to be James.
"Hey! Um.... kid, would you mind helping us instead of watching us do all the work." Said the old guy.
Instead of replying I glared at them and went over to get some boxes. I know it was rude but it was their fault for setting a bad impression.
"Ha....um... yeah, what's ya name kid?" The old man said with slight country accent. "Why?" I snapped. "Woah kid calms down, I ain't doin nothin bad to you, plus I need to know what to call ya." He replied.
I sighed. "Daniel." I mumbled. For some reason, James suddenly whirled his head my way and his eyes staring at me intently. Creep.
"Oh well, Daniel. I'm Charles and this young man is James." He said ignoring James's sudden action.
I nodded my head and started helping with the boxes. When I was finally done, Laurence came outside and asked me if I wanted to play on his PS4.
I never really described what Laurence looked like. He had black hair and brown eyes like me. I think most Filipinos have black hair and brown eyes. He was, like I said before, 3 years younger than me. He wasn't as fast as me but close enough.
Anyways, I said yes and went inside to play. By the time we were done playing the PS4, it was dinner time already. I was STARVING, so I waved goodbye to Laurence and went over back to my house.
I could hear laughing and talking. I was guessing that the Charles and James were staying over the nigh. I didn't know why but whatever reason my mom did that, it had to be good.
