Over and Over Again

Mikey's POV

This is the moment where the magic begins, I feel kind of sad since Andrea can't be here with us, but I know G will say yes, so that makes me more than happy.

Genesis's POV

We walked to a park that was close by, right after dinner. Everyone was acting very suspicious and that made me nervous. Mikey only held my hand and guided me to a big, beautiful tree covered with lights, and told me to wait a little bit. Classic music started playing and people began to dance around the fountain, a few balloons were floating to the sky and Mikey walked in between them. Also Bryce and Claire, Annie wasn't here, but happiness invaded my mind. I felt as if I was going to die because of the nerves. Mikey walked up to me.

"I know maybe this is too much for you, I know I'm still very young and maybe I don't know much about love. But what I do know is that you're one of the best people I've ever met and I want what we have to be official. Genesis, do you wanna be my girlfriend?" He said with his eyes filled with hope, and of course, you all must already know my answer "yes yes yes and yes" Mikey hugged me tight, I could feel his happiness and mine was even bigger.

As he let me go softly, he passed his hand through my neck, pulling me closer to him. It was a perfect moment, with the perfect person. He looked at me straight in the eye, with a smile that got bigger every second that passed by. As he got more and more closer, I got more and more nervous. Till it happened. His lips touched mine, creating the most amazing kiss I've ever received. When it ended, people applaud and cheered, Mikey and I couldn't stop smiling, definitely the best day of my life.

1 month after...

Andrea's POV

I can't believe it's been a month already, time goes by too fast. But change came in handy. My hair is shorter, my style has changed, not as much though. I'm still the same Andrea.

I miss Genesis so much, she's my best friend. We don't communicate as often as we used to. Also, I got a job. And a new school of course. I wonder how everyone's doing. A couple days ago I talked to mom, she told me G and Mikey were finally official. Those little love birds made it. She also said Bryce is still sad, man, I miss him so much. But I made the best decision. What we had didn't work and it was never going to.

I was on my way to work, just in case you wonder, I work at Starbucks. Doesn't pay much, since I just started, but it helps. Plus it's close to the house, which makes it way easier for me. Speaking about the house, things are not how I thought they would be. My step-brothers are unbelievably annoying. Miss i rule this house is making my life miserable each day. I don't understand how my dad doesn't see it. But, oh well..

As soon as I got to Starbucks i put on my apron and started my afternoon. Customers came in and out, thankfully it wasn't a busy day. So I could take my time without any rush.

"Good afternoon, welcome to Starbucks, what are we having today?" I happily said to the person in front of the cash register. "One small hot chocolate and two medium sized double chocolate chip frappes" I marked them on the computer as fast as I could "Okay, your names are?" The guy stayed quiet, I could feel their eyes on me. Which made it hard for mine to look up. "Bryce, Genesis and Mikey.." This can't be happening. It can't be them, here, with me. But they were. They were standing right in front of me, with tears in their eyes. Well, Mikey was already crying like a child as G held on tight to his hand. She was here, with a big smile in her face as if I got back from the dead. Bryce...They all were..
