The next day I wake up and go to the bathroom, I look to the mirror and the hickey is still there. I can't believe I 'm wearing a scarf on 30 celsius degree day, JUST ... WHAT.... I... NEED...

Arriving at the hospital I try to sneak up to my office but fail and stumble on someone.I feel a hard chest and strong arms holding me steady.I look up and see... THE JERK,so I automatically take a step back."Hey there Eva, how is your morning so far?"

"Splendid,until I saw your face." I try to sound really cold and bitchy."Oh,is that right?So why  are you wearing a scarf on 30 degrees celsius weather?"

"It looks fancy okay, just let me be."I try to pass him but he stays in the same spot and gives me a devilish smirk."Are you trying to hide a hickey Mrs. De La Renta , you've been messing around?"

"Nope." I reply popping my lips to emphasize.Gideon tries to grab my scarf but he misses in the first try,however in the second one he gets it."Give me that back you fat ass."

"Come and get it,and by the way don't hide my masterpiece under this cheap scarf, it is really more entertaining when you show it."

"Cheap my ass!!!Do you know how much I spent on this?Give me that scarf back, right now!!! "I'm already screaming at him but I don't care. "If you want, come and get it kitten."

"AAAAAAHHHH."

I'm so angry that I just jump on his back and start to scream again."Su hijo de puta, perro, su mierda. Give me the fucking scarf!!!"

After saying that Gideon puts me on his shoulder and slaps my butt."You are acting like a child so you will be treated like one." We were going to his office when a voice comes up. "Gideon, what are you doing with the poor lady?"

I look to an upside down , Veronica which is staring at us with a smiley face."Put her down, Gideon."

"But mommy, she was mean, she punched me multiple times."

"Of course you deserved it." Veronica says taking my side."Your wonderful son stole my scarf and won't give it back."

Gideon looks at me and gives the scarf."Thanks, Veronica."

I give him a triumphant smile and start to walk to my office, in the way I hear Veronica shouting from behind me." Oh dear, one more thing, put some makeup on that hickey,I think a concealer is okay."

I lock myself in the office, my face burning red. I check my schedule and see that my next patient will be arriving in ten minutes .I get my hair straight and put the scarf back on, when I go back to the hall my patient is already waiting.

She is this amazing model that wants to do a rhinoplasty."Good morning, I'm Doctor de La Renta, nice to meet you."

"It is a honor to meet you,I'm Anne."

After the meeting, we realized that we needed a different approach to crack the nose, because she was a model and would like to avoid breaking too much the nose.So I go to the files archive to search for the records of rhinoplasties.

I nailed to three files with the alternative approach that I wanted, when I see the name of the surgeon who performed them."JUST .... MY .... LUCKY....DAY.
