I don't think I need to text anyone to tell them where I am , Mike will know I'm blowing off some steam
Walking by myself helps me think straight, idek I'm strange
To occupy myself on my walk, I ponder about what my ideal date would be. I think It would have to be early evening as the suns about to set, and we just walk along the beach talking and telling jokes about my awful teachers
Then we would find a tree to lie under and we would just lay next to each other under the stars, not talking just lying there forgetting about reality
The saddest thing is I can see myself doing that with Calum
Oh no here comes the water works, my eyes begin to water and I sniffle a bit and sit down on a near park bench, I think it's probably about 1 pm. Great a whole bunch of mothers and their kids going for a lunch time walk are going to be scooting by soon
Someone sits beside me and I kinda panic being caught off guard
"LUIGI" I yell in a state of surprise and The person chuckles beside me
Of course it's fucking Calum, just like in the movies right? He finds you sitting alone on a park bench crying then he kisses you holding your hand as you walk home
News flash Devon that's never gonna happen
"I hate it when you cry, you never cry" he says to me with a pout on his face
And I struggle a smile "I'm fine I promise, I'm just a big baby" I giggle slightly and he looks me in the eyes "promise?" he asks me and I nod
He smiles "do you know I was born before you?" He asks me "I've noticed" I smile back "wellll when I was seven there was this little lake I would always go to when I was bored, do you maybe wanna go see it?" He asks and I nod
I am actually I love with like lakes and shit so I'm really pumped to see it
{pumped means excited not the other meaning you horny pervs}
We walk for about 5 minutes until we reach a little forest walk thingy we take the gravel path into the forest , we reach a little hill and on the right is a lake surrounded in differently shaped rocks
"It's beautiful" I say admiring the place
"It really is" he says sitting down on a rock facing the middle of the lake, patting the space beside him motioning for me to sit down
We talk for hours and hours no technology, just our voices and the sound of mini waterfalls splashing around. "I'm really cold" he says and I laugh taking off my leather jacket and handing it to him. "What no! This is a girls jacket" he says
"I'll take it back If you don't want it...." I say while reaching for my jacket but he lifts it high were I can't reach it "no no I'll wear it I'm freezing" he puts it on.... Just and I crack up laughing, he looks like a tranvestite
We sit in silence for a few moments
"I always thought I would be the one giving the girl the jacket when their cold, not the other way around" he jokes and I smile
I'm not gonna lie, I am having the best time ok,
I think I need to get over Calum, I mean he obviously doesn't really wanna be more than friends and I'm cool with that
"Come on we should head home, your mum will be worried" he says standing up holding a hand out to help me up which I kindly accept
Obviously he drops my hand once I'm standing up, he wasn't going to intertwine my fingers with his opps

We walk through the door and Mikey and mum are sitting one the couch,they look up from there show "where have you been bub" mum asks me as I wave goodbye to Calum and sit on the couch next to Michael "cal showed me this really pretty lake and we just lost track of time I guess, sorry if I was late" I apologize and she says it's fine
I walk into the kitchen and hear up left over dinner, it's nothing special just pizza
Then I walk to my room take off my bra and jeans and hop into bed
just. Like. That, and I can assure you I will have a good sleep
