Hey there!

So how much do you know about splits?

Well there is three different ways to do the splits

Your right splits-

your right leg goes in front left leg behind (this is the easiest)

Your left splits-

Left leg in front right leg behind (second easiest)

Middle splits-

You go on your heals and go down (hardest)

So throughout the book ill give you tips and stuff but if you just want one pacific split than just refer to that one.
