Ha Eun's (Hae In) POV
Prince So and I always met at the lake, and now, I was there again. He had been very busy, learning the ropes of being a King. The coronation had already passed, and now, he was officially the King, known as King Gwangjong. I never called him that, because he never wanted me to.

I dipped my hand in the water, and just slowly dragged my fingers around, seeing the water ripple. "Hae In." I turned and saw Prince So. I immediately stood up and bowed before saying "King." He said "Hae In, I told you to stop doing that. Only you can address me as Prince So and So." Before sitting down and pulling me down onto his legs. He smiled and said "I like this."

I nodded and he kept his arms around my waist tightly. He said "I missed you, Hae In..." I said "I missed you too, So." He pressed a gentle kiss onto my lips before smiling. I said "You have to remember to take care of yourself, ok? I don't want you to fall ill, because you're too busy to look after yourself." He nodded and said "I will, Hae In."

Wang So's POV
I smiled before saying "Let's go back to the hall and meet the brothers to have lunch." She nodded, and we left for the hall. When everyone saw me, they stood up and bowed, before saying "King Gwangjong." I replied "At ease." Following that, they all sat down and Hae In sat next to Baek Ah, while I sat next to her.

We had our lunch, and everything was going well. We were in the empty palace garden and I decided. This is the place where I will do it. I said "Hae In?" She stopped and said "Hm?" I held her hands lightly and said "Hae In, I want you to be my wife." She said "Neh?" I cleared my throat and said "I want you, to marry me."

Ha Eun (Hae In) POV
I couldn't believe what I just heard. I said "So..." He said "I'm not joking, Hae In. I really want you to marry me. So I can officially claim you as my woman." I felt the blush rising to my cheeks. He said "What do you say?" I looked into his eyes and wrapped my arms around him.

I said "Yes, So. I will." He pushed me away and said "Thank you..." Wrapping an arm around my waist, he pulled me, flush against his chest before lifting his other hand to caress and then, cup my face. He pressed his lips onto mine gently and I responded almost immediately, wrapping my arms around his neck.

He whispered "You're mine..." I nodded and I immediately teared up. He hugged me tightly and said "I'll tell Lady Hae..." I nodded and he said "Thank you for saying yes..."

A few days later, I was brought into the hall by Lady Hae. I saw Prince So, sitting next to Prince Wook and they were talking. Lady Hae said "Hae In is here." Prince So looked up and I smiled at him. He smiled back and Lady Hae sat me down, next to Soo Unnie and Princess Yeon Hwa. Lady Hae said "Hae In, you will be married to the King." I nodded and she said "Pack your things, you'll be moving to the main palace with King Gwangjong."

I sat in my room while Chae Ryung packed my bags. She smiled and said "Lady Hae In, congratulations!" I said "Thank you, Chae Ryung ah." She smiled and said "I know you'll be very happy with King Gwangjong. He treats you so well, Lady." I heard Prince So's voice, saying "Hae In, are you done?" Chae Ryung tied up my last bag and smiled. I could see the tears in her eyes, and my heart clenched.

I said "Chae Ryung ah..." while hugging her tightly. She said "Thank you for taking care of me, Lady Hae In...I- I'll miss you..." Before crying into my shoulder. I wiped her tears away and said "I'll still come back to visit you..." She nodded and said "I'm sorry for crying, Lady, you can go now, the King has been waiting for you."

I nodded and said "I'll get going now, Chae Ryung ah." As I walked to the door. However, I stopped and turned around before going to hug her. I said "Remember to take care of yourself." She nodded and said "I will, Lady, thank you." I opened the door, and Prince So said "Are you ready to go?" I said "I need to find Soo Unnie." We went to the palace gardens and Prince So waited nearby for me. I saw Soo Unnie, sitting down at the table.

"Soo Unnie." She turned around and hugged me tightly before saying "Hae In...Are you leaving already?" I nodded and she said "Promise Unnie that you'll take good care of yourself." I nodded and said "I promise." She continued "I'll miss you..." I hugged her back tightly and said "I'll miss you too." She smiled and said "Time to leave, Hae In, I'll see you on your wedding day." I nodded and said "Goodbye..." before going over to Prince So.

He said "Let's go." He brought me back to the main palace where he stayed now, as the King.

Wang So's POV
It was tradition, I couldn't see Hae In for the next two days. When we reached the Damiwon, I hugged her tightly and said "I'll see you two days later." She nodded and I told Court Lady Oh, the head lady of the Damiwon ladies, "Please take good care of her." She said "Yes, King." I pressed a kiss onto her forehead and said "Take care of yourself." She nodded and said "Yes, King."

As I saw her being brought to her room, I felt fireworks explode in my body. Hae In, will officially be mine.
