Ziah's POV:
~the next day~
I walk into Star Magazine building & I walk in my office
I set the papers on my desk
I realize I only have a week left until I'm due to give it to Zoe
I get nervous as I'm only a quarter done with it
I have more to go & I still haven't had the time to do it..
I get a call from Nate on my iPhone
"Hurry up" I say bluntly not meaning to sound rude
"What's wrong babe?" He asks
"Nothing." I lie but my lips tremble
"Talk to me."
"I'm stressed out. We only got a quarter done of the interview..there's still more to write & I have a week left" I say tearing up
I go through a emotional breakdown when I get stressed out
So I either cry or freak out..
Or both..
"Relax..it's gonna be okay..come over after work so we can finish a good half of it & then you won't have much to worry about after that." He says calmly
I nod
"Thanks for that." I say wiping my owns tears
My cheeks stained from the tears
"It's okay..I kinda feel closer to you now..I never knew you went through stress attacks" he says
"It doesn't happen all the time..only when it's a very major deal & my nerves get overworked" I say
"Well..I'll make sure you ain't freak out like that again" he says
I wanna curl myself in his arms right now..
"Nate..is there any chance your home alone all day?" I ask wondering
"Home alone completely. The boys are out of town visiting family. Only Johnson is in town but he's busy." He says
I smile
"See you at your place handsome"
I hear him giggle & I hang up
I type away on my computer & Zoe walks in
My nerves rattle up again
"Hey bestie..halfway done yet?" She asks referring to the article about Nate
The same article that started all of this
"Um..well"
"Don't tell me..your not done are you yet?" She asks
"It's true I'm sorry" I say frowning
She lifts my head up
"I'm not disappointed nor am I upset..I'll speak to the CEO to give you a couple more of days..any later than that they'll get upset" she says
I nod
"Thanks Zoe your the best" I say & hug her tightly
"I gotta talk to you." Zoe says sitting down
In her infamous uncrossed,opened legged sitting position
I clear my throat as I see her red lace lingerie from under her shirt skirt
She fixes herself & crosses her legs
"Well..Max has been acting weird since we started dating" Zoe says
"You guys have been dating for like a week now.." I say
"Yeah..but he's not "into it" anymore..we hook up still..but..he doesn't make me feel happy like he used to..he's starting to have a temper which I can't deal with..we fight a lot & he likes looking at other girls." She says frowning
"So...are you two ending this all?" I ask
"Idk. I'm so confused..I need a day away from him"
"How about 3 days?" I ask wiggling my eyebrows
"Huh?"
"I bought 3 tickets for a cruise I'm bringing my sister & I was thinking of someone else..like you. Wanna come?" I ask
"When is it?"
"It's in 4 days" I say
"You tell me now?" She says looking overwhelmed
"Don't worry I got the tickets like 2 days ago actually" I say
"Oh okay" she says sighing loudly in relief
"Anyway..is that a yes?" I ask
She nod
"I'll pack my stuff tomorrow morning" she says
I smile
"GIRLS CRUISE ADVENTURE!" I say loudly & she laughs
~meanwhile~
Zaniya's POV:
I'm in Ziah's apartment
I just got back from the gym
I'm in my black & green striped gym leggings & matching sports bra
I turn on the tv to continue watching True Blood
I'm so obsessed with this show.
I hear a knocking from the front door
Before I open it
"Who is it?"
I ask loudly
"Johnson." A familiar voice says
I smile & open the door
I see his jaw drop & his eyes widen
"Well damn" he says & I close the door
"Have a seat.." I say & wink
His eyes are completely on me
I place two cups on the table & I start eating my Salt & Vinegar chips
"Can I have some?" He asks smirking
"I'm not stopping you. OMG LOOK" I say screaming & his head quickly turns to the tv
I hide the bag of chips under the couch pillow
He looks at me with a confused face
"Where did it go?" He asks Referring to the chips
I smirk
"Magic" I say & go to the sink to wash up
He wraps his arms around me
"I really love you Niya"
"Johnson we just started dating yesterday..don't start kissing up on me yet" I say as he kisses my neck a little
"Are you saying we take it slow?" He asks
"What the hell did you think this was going?" I ask
He frowns
"Niya..I'm not trying to sound bad but are you a virgin?" He asks
I stay quiet
Yes I'm a virgin.
I was raised to be a good girl & get good grades.
Never had a serious boyfriend & heres my boyfriend asking me a personal question
"Yes" I say in barely a whisper
"That's all you had to say. I'll wait as long..until your ready" he says & holds my hands
"I'll wait & wait if it means you being happy" he says & moves a piece of my hair away from my face
He kisses me softly & I kiss him back 
His arms wrapped around my waist
I grip on his hair a little
Before it could escalate any further
Nate & Ziah walk in the apartment disturbing us
She looks at me wide eyed
Aw man I'm in trouble..
She motions me over as she walks into her bedroom..
She looks mad..
~a while later~
Ziah's POV:
I pace around Zaniya who's sitting at the edge of my bed
"I understood you & Johnson going on a date..but the whole making out in the kitchen & you secretly dating him isn't cool" I say a bit mad
She's 18
Although she's the legal age..
I don't care she's my sister & I don't know..
Johnson is a sweet guy
but she's a innocent 18 year old & I don't want her getting her heartbroken so quickly
She could've lost her virginity if I didn't walk in
Nate is outside talking to Johnson
"I'm sorry sis..I was gonna tell you" she says tearing up
"I'll approve of it if you two don't make out in front of me or in this house..okay? & be honest with me..has he touched you yet?" I ask
"He has not.." She says looking into my eyes
"I'm sorry I'm so strict..remember..mom wanted us to be independent women & didn't want us getting our hearts broken over stupid guys.. Do you love him?" I ask her
She nods
I sit down & move closer to her
I grab her hand
"Your my little sister & your my only sister I got. I'm very overprotective & I'm sorry about me telling you off like I did..Niya just know it's for your safety..but I've known Johnson for a while now & he seems like a nice guy so..if you wanna date him..I approve of you guys" I say
She hugs me & cries tears of joy in my arms
"It's okay.." I say rubbing her back
"It's not your fault Zi I'm sorry for not telling you" she says
I look at her & move her hair to the side
"I still see you as a little girl." I say pinching her chubby cheeks
"I'll always be your little sister sis" she says
My eyes water
"Always remember that" I say & we hug each other
Sisterly love is stronger than any bond out there,.
