Maya's POV:

Large tunnels and cramped up subways are one of my biggest pet peeves of living in New York. To top it off, a certain brainiac assured us all that this was the subway we had to take to get to the Statue of Liberty. According to my calculations, we should've been close to our stop.

"Farkle, where are we in relation to where our designated stop is supposed to be?" I held onto the handle above my head and stared at the know it all intently.

"Shouldn't we have gotten off at the last stop?" Riley peered over Farkle's shoulder at the map he was holding.

"We still have two more stops ahead of us." Folding the map up and slipping it into the back pocket of his jeans, Farkle said.

"You said that two stops back." Lucas reminded him.

"I meant the next four stops." Farkle corrected himself.

"You said that five stops ago." Riley leaned up against the pole near a woman that looked to be in her mid-forties.

"Face it, Minkus, your navigational skills need some working on," I told him.

Jessie's POV:

I don't get why the Ross kids complain about the subway. I mean, the station does have an odor to it, but that sure beats getting around in a military tank with a bunch of soldiers.

"Ewwww," Emma scrunched her nose up at the smell of the subway. "You do know we own a private helicopter, right?"

"You know you're not allowed to take the helicopter without your parents' permission, right?" I asked her right back.

"That never stopped us from taking any joyrides." Luke bragged.

"Luke," Zuri jabbed him in the side with her elbow. "You're not supposed to bring that up." She stage whispered.

"Thank goodness Ravi hasn't done anything behind my back."

"About that, Jessie." Ravi started to fiddle with his fingers while giving me a guilty look.

"Ravi." I shook my head in disbelief.

"It's not his fault he's gullible." Zuri defended him.

"Oh, look, the torture train is here." Emma gave a disgusted look at the subway that had just pulled up to a stop a few feet away from us.

"Come on." I got behind the four Ross children and began to guide all of them towards the open doors of the subway.

Riley's POV:

The subway pulled up to the station and stopped to load up more passengers and release a few. Fortunately, the majority of the crowd had flowed outwards and not inwards. Only five people seemed to be getting on at this stop.

"Why are people gawking at the blonde chick and the curly-haired brunette?" Looking right out the window towards the five people drawing nearer, Maya asked. Nothing seemed to get past her.

"Does it matter?" Farkle asked with a sour look on his face.

"Woah, Farkle, chill out," Lucas told him with wide eyes.
