It was hazy and dark. Leann could see anything. She tried to raise her arm. Huh? Why can't I move? She supposed it was just a dream. But little did she know that it was going to be the chance of a life time. The chance to live again.

No more hiding from the world. She would spread her wings and fly.

Huh? Was that a voice? Leann heard a voice. It was calm and majestic. Soothing even. Kraken. What the crap was a Kraken? She didn't know. Wait is that someone else talking to me?
Maybe. A voice replied.
Okay then... this is a little spooky.
Yep! Should of thought of that before you joined the CIA!
Wait a minute. She thought back to the voice. I'm not in the CIA
Keep telling yourself that kid.
Then the black darkness that was there before disappeared.
A hand reached across her face. Not just anybody's hand. Hank's hand.
So being startled as always, she screamed.

"There are signs of activity sir!"
"Don't let her dip back into unconsciousness!"

Leann felt herself drifting away like a leaf in the wind.
Until all there was, was darkness.
