The walking dead

It all started...

Authors notes: I'm going to use he or she so you won't have to know the name because if I put the name you will know who will be alive.

"Well, what do you think?" she said.
We were both looking at the sky where there was a lot of smoke. "I don't know it may or may not be it." I said back at her. "It might be worth checking out." she said back. "If we check they might be assholes. I guess it will be worth checking out, by the way we might be able to get some rest for once." I said while looking at the smoke. "Can you get..."
"Yeah I know what you mean." she looked at me and left.
I just stayed there for a moment. Then I went with her. "Alright everyone, as you know you can all see the smoke up there. So pack up, we are going over there." I said to them.
We all packed up and started walking towards the smoke. "Here we go." I said to myself.
While we were walking a girl came up to me, don't worry everything will be okay." she said. "You sure, not after all that shit we been through." I said to her upset. "Really? Rudeness." she said looking at me like what the hell.
"I'm sorry I'd never meant to be that way, in just exhausted." I said to her apologizing. "It's okay." she said.
We were half way close now, till a Walker came out of nowhere and tried to attack one of us. I grabbed my bow and I used one of the sides and stabbed it behind his head. "You okay?" I asked him. "Yeah, thank you, it was smart of what you did to those edges to your bow." he told me. "Thanks" I said back to him.
I grabbed him from his arm and pulled him up. "let's continue." I said.
While we were walking I had a lot of flash backs of the bad things I, we, had in the past, lots of bad shit has happened, and I can't stop thinking about it, we passed a street, but I stopped and stared at the street. "What's wrong?" she asked me. "I remember when I was here before, when I..." I stopped and I started to cry, I sniffed and wiped my tires from my eye. "It's okay, you told me before of what happened." she said, then she hugged me, she put her head on my shoulder, I hold her for a while. Then I walked away and continued to walk. "Where almost there." he said.
I was so thirsty, I stopped and took a bottle of water and drank it, I stopped and saw a bracelet, it was red with a jewel on top of it. I grabbed it and I took a while, "I'm sorry." I grabbed a fire match, I lit it, and through it at the ground. He came to me and said to  me, "I fucking miss her dude."
"She's in a better place, with the rest of them." I said back to him. "Come on, we need to catch up." he said. I put the bottle back at the bag, and continued walking.
We were so close but first we had to go to a tunnel that goes down, then up, and at the end was a wall. "We're here." he said. "We made it." she also said. Then we all went down, then up the tunnel. We had arrived at the wall. On top of the wall was a man.
"Lower your weapons, and put them on the ground." he said, we all looked at each other and at the same time we all put our weapons down. "Open the gates." The man said behind him.
We all heard a loud Creek while the wall was opening. "Come in." The man said. We all walked in, but the were some other walls behind the walls. They also opened it. We all went inside. "Holy shit." he said.
When we walked in we saw kids running around playing, people looking at us. "I hope this is not like Terminus." I said to myself. There were so many buildings, but they were apartments. "I'm finally back home. But it wasn't like this before." I said to myself. "Wait what?" he said. The place was much more expanded.
"Welcome to Runnymede everyone. I'm the leader here what can I do for you?" a women said in front of us smiling. "Oh my god." I said to her. "Gerardo, is that really you?"  she asked. "Oh my god, it's really me."I said back to her.
We both went out hug each other.
"I missed you so much." she said to me. "Me to." I said. Then we separated for a while. "Is this your group?" she said to me. "Yeah, this is half of us. Not all of us made it." I said looking at the ground. "Oh my god Gerardo I'm sorry." she said. "There in a better place now. Thank you so much for taking care of this place, I really appreciate it." I said to her. "Don't worry. Well come on we were barely getting ready to serve food." she said happily.
We all followed her and there was so many people, and so many rooms and apartments. Till we finally arrived in a stand. We saw a plate full of food. "Well what are you waiting for? Go right ahead." she said to all of us. We all went to eat.
When we finished I got up "I'll be right back. Oh, and could you also tell them, please." I said to her. " Yeah no problem." she said back.
I went to go to the leader from Runnymede. I told her to come with me. "what happened?" she asked. I led her to a build from a apartment  I stopped and pointed at a room from up stairs. You see that room?" I said to her. "Yeah. What about it?" she said. That is we're I used to live before all this. I went to a plant and grabbed some keys. "These keys are form my apartment." I said to her. "I want to show you." I took her to the room and opened it. I went in then she did. "You used to live here right?" she asked. "yes" is said back.
When we were finished, we went out of my house we went out. Then she told me "Get some rest, tomorrow we need to talk., and I'll also show you around."
It was morning, I got ready, I dressed. "I need to go to her and talk she will also show me around, you stay here with them, please." I said. "Yeah, no problem." she said. "Thank you" I aid leaving out the door. I saw her in a distance and u went to her, "First let me show you around."
When she finished showing me around, she said "Okay now we need to talk." she went to a room. Then I followed her. We went inside a dark room, but only a dim light on the roof and a table with two chairs. We sat at the chairs, I looked at in front of her and she looked at in front of me.  "Now tell me your story how you survive, imagine me like someone you don't know. You can even use my name like a random person. Okay?" she said to me. "Okay." I said back to her.
