PART 1:

(So my name is Jasmine and i am moving to live my cousin Summer, in Austin Texas. My Parents just recently passed away and i have to live with my next of kin, and well this is my first night there.)

Summer: It's great to have you here.

Jasmine: Yeah, i guess.

Summer: Tell me the truth, how are you really?

Jasmine: I'm tired, i just want to go sleep, if thats okay!

Summer: That's okay, see you tomorrow morning, i hope you feel better.

(She left and i grabbed my diary and my pen and went and say on my bay window and started writing.)

(Dear Diary, tomorrow will be different, i mean it has to be, i will smile, and it will be believable. My smile will say: "I'm fine,thank you. Yes, i feel much better. I will no longer be the sad little girl who lost her parents. I will start fresh, be someone new, it's the only way, i'll make it through, i have to.)

(I jumped into bed and i fell asleep instantly. I woke up in the morning & i could smell waffles, so i got dressed in a pair of grey overalls with a black t-shirt, with a pair of knee high socks, with black strips at the top with a pair of black converse shoes, i had black smokey eye, pink lips, two pink rings, black nails, pink diamond studs and my gold locket that had a picture of my parents in it. I came downstairs and my aunt had just left for work and my uncle was still away on business. As i came down and summer and her friends were eating breakfast.)

Summer: Oh hey Jas, breakfast is ready.

Jasmine: Uh thanks.

Summer: Jas, this is Tomika, Lawrence, Zach & Freddy.

Jasmine: Hey.

Summer: Guys this is Jasmine, my cousin.

Everyone: Hey.

Tomika: Uhh weren't we going to talk about you know?

Summer: Oh about the band?

Tomika: Sum, shhh.

Summer: Oh no, i told her, she is in our class.

Jasmine: Summer says your an awesome singer.

Tomika: Yeah, i'm pretty good.

Zach: What do you do?

Jasmine: Oh, i'm starting fresh.

Summer: How are you today, by the way?

Jasmine: I'm fine thanks.

Freddy: Are you sure, your feeling better, summer told us what sort of happened.

Jasmin: Yes, i feel much better.

Summer: We are going to rehearse if you wanna come with.

Jasmine: I would love to, but i just want to be alone.

Freddy: We are really good, trust me.

Jasmine: I know summer told me.
