I didn't share all of these today, but I wrote them for this writing lesson, so I will just post them. Not all of these are to the caliber I wish they were, but oh well. I hope you like some of them.

There's a girl

Who sits alone

On a bench

In the park.

She kicks her feet

And her shiny shoes flash

As the buckles rust

And the luster fades.

Blue eyes that once shone

Dull to a grey

And hair ribbons tangle

In the dreadful wind blowing.

A sweet melody

And a fierce note.

A lost sight

And a sad face.

A forgotten moment,

In a park somewhere.
