A few days after the accident I was up and walking again. My legs and arms were still covered in burns but I was healing quickl y. After dinner Kyle and Jasmine were practicing, but not Cole. He came into my room with an old piece of paper in his hand. "Here's an old map of this place I found in the attic" I unrolled the crinkled map to reveal a lot of places I didn't recognize. "There are train tracks behind this house. If we follow them well reach town. But when should we leave?" Cole asked "I cant walk. Not covered in burns. If we go before I fully heal, ill need some one to carry me" Cole frowned. He knows he cant do it. I which he could. "Kyle can do it." He replied glumly. "Again Nicole, I am so sorry this has happened to you." "Cole, it wasn't your fault." The door to my room opened with a loud creak. It was jasmine and Kyle. "You telling her the plans?" Kyle asked "Yah, when should we escape?" "Why not tonight?"
