School finished like it usually does, everyone said their goodbyes and such.
Lexa was patiently waiting outside the school for Anya.

Lexa: you need to pick me up remember

Anya: I know, I'll be there in 5

Lexa looked down at her phone then sighed, slightly tapping her foot on the ground and crossing her arms together.

A small group of guys acknowledged Lexa's appearance, Lexa blindingly ignoring them.

"Lexa, right?"
A tall, muscular figure overshadowed Lexa.
"Yeah,Lincoln?"

"You got it" Lincoln smiled.
"There's a group of guys making Goggly eyes at you" he chuckled.

"Oh, yeah?"
"Didn't really notice" Lexa implied.

"Not really your type eh?" Lincoln asked.

"No guy is" Lexa emphasised.

Lexa keeping eye contact strictly on the ground.

"Ah I see,
Well how are you liking Arkadia,Lexa?"  Lincoln looked at her.

It's pretty good, different to my last school"

*beep beep*

"Sorry, my friends here I must go, nice talking" Lexa said.

"Right, okay I'll see you at the party" Lincoln said waving.

"Yeah" Lexa replied without turning around.

Lexa got in Anya's black Nissan and they drove off.

"You n me are invited to a party tomorrow" Lexa jumped Anya.

"Yeah, before you say anything more, no"
She said with a blank expression.

"Please, Clarke's going an-"
Lexa was cut off.

"See, enough said, Clarke's going, have fun, I don't wanna kill your buzz" Anya explained.

"Fine fine, also can she.. Stay the night... Only because she wants to see me boxing" Lexa begged.

"Whatever, as long as her Mother knows, and don't let her distract you, you're fight with Roan on Sunday is important" Anya replied.
"I won't",
Lexa let out a small, unnoticeable smile.
The rest of the car ride was comfortable silence.

Where's my house keys? Where's my house keys? Where'd I put them?
Clarke's thoughts running through her mind.
"Mum I'm going to work" she shouted.

"Okay darling, I'll be at work by the time you get home, there's money for take out under the fruit bowl" she heard her mum speak back.
She walked out the front door closing it behind her and headed to work.

Clarke had been at work for almost an hour now, hardly any people had come in.
Clarke put her elbows on the desk then flopped her head into her hands and let out a sigh.
The front door ringer went off, letting Clarke know there was a customer.
"Hey,my dog has a bad case of the fleas and I was wondering what would be the best remedy"
