When she got home, it was already past dinner time and she was greeted with nothing, but the eyes of her sisters staring at her with questions in their eyes. She let out a heavy sigh and blushed. "Do tell us, dear sister" stated one of them with excitement in her eyes. She kept her eyes down while she blushes and she couldn't help but to smile like a giant fool while she tells her never ending story to her dearest sisters. All of their eyes sparkled and even though the eldest sister disapproved this, she still couldn't help but to feel happy for her sister who is clearly floating and dreaming.
She woke up the next morning with the biggest smile on her face. Her eyes beamed with excitement. She quickly grooms herself and headed straight towards the place that they promised to meet at. As she made her way to that place, a lot of things were running around her mind and one of them was the fact that she's a mermaid and he's... well, a human being. There was no way that they could be together in any way possible. She shook her head from left to right and snapped out of it. She couldn't help but to feel nervous while she waited for him. A part of her was afraid that he wasn't going to show up.
She was looking down at the corals when two feet that belonged to a familiar human being was interrupting and blocking her view. She quickly looked up and smiled at the person in front of her. He looked down at her and returned the smile. She told him that she knew a place that she wanted to show him. He got in the water to join her and followed her.
