Chapter 17

~Toby Pov~ 

My body was cut but I could not feel the pain. I don't know why she cut me...Clockwork cut me for not giving her a kiss after she went out to get food. I pulled on the chains but they only rattled, my wound looked infected. I called out but no one answered. I felt a tear roll down my face "What i-if she h-hurts (Y\N)" that's all I cared about right now was to get to (Y\N) I don't care about my wounds only her. 

I stopped pulling the chains when I herd clockwork steps as her boots hit the ground.

~You'r pov~

Lui made you breakfast "Thank you" you whispered picking up a silver fork. You decided to stay in the mansion along with lui just in case they came back...Sally hugged you "We will find Toby..." she said that everyday to you but you didn't answer her. You went to Toby's room laying on the bed shutting you'r eyes "Once again he left me..."  a tear streamed down you'r cheeks imagining him and clockwork kissing or cuddling each other as he forgot about you.

You'r hand's turned into fist's as you hit the pillow taking all you'r anger into it. Ben came in walking back out as he saw you beat up the pillow "Imma go now" he turned and left. You began to cry again "Toby....why" 

~Smile Dog pov~

Grinny helped as I could scent Toby! It smelt far away in the forest but it was not going to stop me. I grabbed grinny putting him on my back as I ran off him digging his nails into me trying to hold on. I stopped and looked into a huge river that flowed fast "Crap water..." Grinny hissed as I could scent his fear. "Hold on" I jump rock to rock until grinny fell off "Grinny!" I yelled jumping into the river as he try'd to swim but shortly sinking, all I could see was his head trying its best to gasp for air as he screeched.

I took all my energy and swam faster finally catching up but the time I got to him he was fully under I had no choice to go under. I dived under seeing a helpless body slowly go under further. I swam down holding every breath I had. I grabbed him by the scruff pulling the black and red tom out of the water. My eyes widen when I saw a waterfall. I try'd to swim but it was to late, my legs gaveaway from under me as I held onto grinny not letting him go. We both fell off the cliff into colder water. I gasped for air still holding onto grinny as I dragged him out of the water. 

He was still breathing so I pumped all the water out of him keeping him warm I wrapped my tail around him. I fell down beside him spitting out drops of water. He coughed a bit fear still in his eyes as he looked at me. I nodded my head in you'r welcome. He shivered closing his eyes shortly falling asleep. 

I woke up dry'd.  Grinny still slept as I picked him up putting him on my back. My eyes brighten I was even closer to Toby's scent then before, I walked making sure Grinny did not fall off again. The cat purred, maybe he is not as bad as I thought, you just need to get on his good side which I'm on.

I looked back at the river and notice a hill I know my way back anyways. Grinny shortly woke up "Thanks...Smile..." He purred as I nodded "I was not going to let you drowned" I still walked through tree's "But you hate me why?" Grinny dug his nails into my back holding on as I jumped over a log "Grinny you helped me and now I'm close to my dream in living in the mansion this is all thanks to you." I did not care that the cat was living with me in the same house for years anymore.

Grinny jumped off my back and looked at track marks "Someone was dragged..." he looked back at me as I felt fear run through me.

Grinny froze "Do you hear that?" I perked up my ears hearing a faint help.

~Toby pov~

I kicked Clockwork away as she try to grab my below parts "Get a-away!" I yelled as she started to cry "Why don't you love me!" the tears were mentally flowing down her face and onto the rock floor of the cave. The brunette sat there as I watched her cry "Clocky y-you chained me u-up and wanted s-sex!" I narrowed my eyes at her making sure she didn't try anything. I saw my shirt over in the corner along with my goggles and mouth guard

I let out a quiet yawn, I did not sleep in 5 days...I was scared she would do things to me in my sleep...I watched her sleep and everything she did. Clockwork got up glaring at me "I be right back don't try anything I need to get more food" I thought about food as my stomach rumbled about waffles...I really wanted a waffle a whole plate of them like what my sister used to make when (Y\N) came over and we played in the backgarden. Roleplaying as a knight and she was the princess. Sometimes she wanted to be the knight I would have to wear a girl wig and a bright pink dress.

I laughed about them times and notice that clockwork was gone. I fiddled with the chains "Oh come o-on!" I yelled banging my head of the rock that had the chain stuck on it. After 5 minutes of that clockwork came back she walked over as I spat in her face. She went to hit me but a dog bit her arm she screamed as I looked at the dog. Clockwork stabbed the dog and kicked it away a cat jumped on her face and tore the clock in her eye out as she screamed even louder "MY CLOCK!" she looked around for it while the cat went over to the dog. 

The dog got up "Hey Toby!" he said tearing a chain off along with the other one. I grabbed clockwork and trowed her,I was about to hit her but the dog and cat told me to come on is it crazy that a dog and cat saved me and is now talking...but I suppose I am crazy inside. I turned and saw clockwork gone.

I ran out of the cave followed by the cat and dog.
