I stare at him blankly for a few seconds before breaking into a hysterical laugh. "Vampire realm? You expect me to believe that? What's next," I laugh again. "Huh? Let me guess, you both are vampires? And- and I suppose werewolves exist too?"

Isaac and Ezekiel exchange looks again. This time it's Ezekiel who speaks first. "We understand it is a lot to take in, especially after the attack."

"It's okay, love," Isaac places his hand over mine but I quickly pull away. A look of hurt crosses his face for a brief second before he replaces it with a small smile. "We will go for now. I can read your thoughts so all you have to do is think of me and I'll be here. Please, make yourself at home."

I blush deeply and he winks at me before just vanishing along with Ezekiel.

"What the actual heck..." I let my mind wander as I look around the room I am in. It is probably as big if not bigger than my entire house. The walls are a deep red with white, delicate trimming and are lined with elegant, golden candleholders with white candles- all unlit as of now- and paintings. The floor is wooden and has a black rug encircling the bed that reaches out, extending several feet away from the bed itself.

I get off the fancy canopy-topped bed and step onto the fluffy rug. For the first time I notice I am not wearing my clothes. I look down at the lacy white nightgown and hope to god that Isaac didn't change me. I walk over to a mirror standing in the corner and wince at my appearance. The mascara I was wearing is now smudged and my hair? Don't even get me started. All in all, I look like an electrified raccoon.

I walk to a door and open it, praying it is a bathroom. Thankfully my prayers are answered as I step inside and see a huge bath.

"Does everything have to be so big and elaborate?" I mumble to myself as I walk over to the marble sink. I start to wash my face but decide I had best take a shower instead.

I walk back out to the main room and am startled when I see a woman.

"Oh! You must be Alexandria," she walks over and extends her hand, giving me a warm smile. "I am Kathie, one of the maids for this floor of the castle."

I hesitantly shake her hand, making her smile widen. "Nice to meet you," I say politely, returning a smile and ignoring the fact she knew my name without me telling her.

"Isaac told me your name, by the way," she drops her hand and motions towards the bed. "He also had me bring up a few outfits for after your bath."

With another smile she hurries out the door, leaving me bewildered but also thankful. I sigh and walk over to the bed where three outfits are lying. I almost gasp at the choices.

The first is a beautiful red gown with an open back. Lace lined the edges, giving it a simple but cute look. The second choice was a strapless black dress that stopped above my knees. It was ruffled in the front and had a belt that went around the waist. Cute, but I doubt I'd ever wear it. Lastly was my favorite: gray Aéropostale sweatpants and a matching pullover hoodie.

I grab the latter and enter the bathroom once again. I turn the water on and adjust it before getting undressed and stepping in. I am in there for a good twenty minutes before deciding it is time for me to get out. I open the shower door and am greeted with a cold gust of air. I immediately close the door halfway and reach for a towel, drying off and wrapping it around me before stepping out.

I dry my hair and get dressed, putting my old clothes in a hamper. Geesh, I feel so awkward 'making myself at home'.

I fold the two dresses and place them on the end of the bed before sitting, my feet dangling a few inches above the floor. Not knowing what to do now and too shy to just walk out of the room, I do what Isaac said to do if I needed him.
