~The Next Morning~
{The Man's POV}
I wake up to find the woman cuddling against me asleep, her breath reeks of alcohol. 'Must've been a strong drink. She's gonna have a serious hangover.' About 20 minutes go by and she starts waking up. "Ngh... My head... What di- Where am I?! How did I get here?!" She says panicked. "You fell in the middle of the road and I came across you and put you on the spare bedroom I had." I say calmly. "I don't remember anything.. I do know I went through a break up.. I'm so sorry sir. Thanks for you kindness, but I must go..." She says a little depressed. "No it's fine you can stay, the company would be great." I say with a smile. She looks at me like she has found love for the first time. "Oh my name is Lucas and you are?" I ask. "I'm Lyra.. Ugh... Nice to meet you Lucas... You have any advil?" She asks. I give her some advil and head to the kitchen to make breakfast.
{Lyra's POV}
'This nice man named Lucas let's me into his house. I currently have a bad hangover, and I woke up in his bed... Did we?' I think as I get up and head downstairs. 'He has a nice place... Maybe if I told him I am soon to be kicked out of my apartment, he might let me stay permanently. He is pretty cute..' He's making breakfast and it's smells so good. "What's for breakfast?" I ask him. "Just bacon and eggs." He replies. I smile and sit down. "So I'm gonna be kicked out of my apartment soon..." I say trying to start coversation. "Oh well you can gladly take the spare room." He says smiling. "Thanks!" I smile as he hands me food. 'Dang he's hot... I have this overwhelming urge to just... No Lyra don't...' we eat we both head out. I go to the cafe. "Lyra!! You're okay!! I saw you fall I thought you got hit!!" Leona says before hugging me tightly. "I'm fine this guy named Lucas picked me up and he's letting me stay at his place." I say reassuringly. "That's good.. Wait you two just met!" "Leona he's a nice guy he's cute too." "Fine.. I got to get back to work anyway, be safe!" "I will." I spend my day there until dinner and head to my place packing as little stuff that I have and head to his place. "Welcome back!! How was your day!" He says very happily. "Oh just gre-ahhh!!" I say dropping my stuff. He catches it before it reaches the ground. "You seem to have dropped something." He says with a smirk. 'He's so cute!!! *more fangirling*' my face lights up. "Thank you so much my grandma's special plate was in there!!" I say and not noticing I am hugging him. "Thanks babe.." I mutter. "Hm? What did you say? Babe?" He raises an eyebrow. "I'm sorry I went through a break up.." I say sadly. "It's fine sweetheart." He smiles. "Maybe we both just like each other like that and we just met." "Maybe." Before I know it he kisses me deeply and passionately. My checks are a bright red as he pulls away. "Guess someone liked that, maybe they'd like to be my girlfriend." He says slyly. "Y-Yes" I hug him tightly. We eat dinner and head to bed.
