The next morning, a loud bang was heard on the hut's door. Students and Teachers alike woke up in a fright. Snape quietly approached the brass door handle, wand in one hand, trudging across the floor in his magenta-colored slippers. With a swift movement, he hastily opened the door only to find a confused and slightly deranged Bellatrix standing there, dripping wet from Umbridge's water trap she had placed on the door to deter the enemy. "What in the devil do you think your doing out in the open like that?! Come inside before we all get blown up!" yelled Snape. Bellatrix poke her tongue at him before charging inside and lighting the furnace. "I bring news Severus, very grim news. Malfoy Manor was attacked last night" she said glumly. Everyone gasped before looking at the two Malfoy children in utter disbelief. "Draco and Hermione fled, but Lucius was struck with a terrible curse that hit his kidneys. He was rushed to hospital by Narcissa and Rodolphus. Healers saying he could be dead in a couple of days" sighed Bellatrix. Before her flood of tears could come, Umbridge ran over to Cienna and embraced her into her pink, cotton jacket. "It is okay dearie, for your grandfather lived a very prosperous life filled with joy and happiness. I'm sure he was glad he witnessed you and your brother growing up" whispered Umbridge. Cienna curled in the corner, obviously signalling to be left alone. The hut was silent for a few minutes, digesting the terrible news that Lucius Malfoy, one of the most powerful men in Wizarding Britain, had been murdered in cold blood. "Did the man have a will?" asked McGonagall. "Yes, Narcissa gave it to Draco and Hermione, whose whereabouts we are unsure of" replied Bellatrix. Suddenly, a flurry of curses came sailing towards the hut. "They've found us! Everyone run towards the Forest" commanded Snape. The ten students, McGonagall, Umbridge, Bellatrix and Snape went sailing out the back door into Hagrid's pumpkin patch, running on the dew-soaked grass towards the Forbidden Forest. As the others ran, Bellatrix placed a giant Protego around the Forest. "Only Dark wizards and witches can break that!" screeched Bellatrix as she ran to catch up with the group. As he ran, Scorpius noted a pecuilar looking house, sitting in the middle of the forest. The group chose to investigate and as Scorpius was about to knock on the door, a shrill sound came from the front room. His mother's voice. "For the love of Merlin Draco, when will you learn to pick your clothes up off the floor!? yelled Hermione. "Mum!" Scorpius yelled. He saw Hermione swiftly turn towards the window he was looking through and as she saw her darling beautiful boy, she ran to the door to let them in. An avalanche of embraces and kisses were exchanged as the two Laviniers let their two children and dear friends in. A feast was to be prepared as the house-elves started to make their specialty dishes. After everyone found a sleeping place, Cienna approached her mother. "Is there somewhere for privacy I can talk to Scorpius about" she asked. "Just out in the backyard hun. It's a beautiful garden with a fountain and pot plants" smiled Hermione. Cienna went up to her brother. "Come, there's something I need to confess" whispered Cienna
