chapter seven

- normal pov-

It had been four years since masky had left the pastas. No one ever found him and no one ever thought about him coming back. Everyone had changed in those four years whether they were looks or personality. Nothing really changed other than those two things. Life went on for everyone even toby. To them it was just another loss in another day just like every one else even if It was a close friend. Of course they were upset , but what could they do ? And that's how it was for those years.

" toby I've got word from slender you got a outside mission" lj stated as he walked in. Lj had gotten slightly darker in color and voice a little bit deeper.

Toby sat up on the couch looking at lj. Toby had changed the most out off all of them. He had gotten an older look and his hair had gotten a little longer. His personality had changed to him being happy and lovable to quiet and dull. This was the first outside mission that was give this year and toby was shocked that it was given to him.

" seems to be in the city of mica , the city of technology lucky you.... and slender said you had a week there with out the travel time"

* hmpf* That was the only thing lj got from toby before he got off the couch and went upstairs. After about a half hour toby came back down with a duffel bag full of items he need for his mission and left with out saying a word. 

- Toby's pov-

It's cold, very cold , but its winter and all I'm wearing a jacket. To bad for lj I have a short cut to mica I found it about a year ago. I quickly went to the path walking down it listening to the fresh snow crush under my feet. Within a couple hours of walking a twisted path I finally get to the city. My room was already prepaid , so I go in saying my fake name and headed to the room.

It didn't take me long to take out the snobby accountant. hehe and now I have a whole week to do what ever I want. I see a ' free lecture for business management' sign and with that I walk in. I have no actual money other than the little I have for food and this is free so why not pass the time. I sat down in the back even tough there were very few people there. I laughed to myself quietly because I knew the other people here were here for the lecture its self. Who knows maybe these things were actually good.

After waiting another half hour the lights dim just a bit so the light at the front stood out. I smile wait to see who was going to run the presentation, and as I watch I caught sight of something I never expected. One of the guys, the one who look like he was in control of everything, was masky. I couldn't believe it , it really was masky I couldn't mistake him for anyone else. All that really chained was his hair, it was pulled back into one of those what ben called ' hot guy' dos.

I didn't listen to any of the of lecture that was going on . All I did was watch masky I had a feeling like if I looked away he would disappear yet again. I started to see them leave and I quickly get up and sneakily follow them and watch them duck into a limo and drive off. I scan with my eyes over the license plate and go back to my hotel. I enter plate number to see what company it belonged to . It belonged to what was called ' hucks savings' which is a weird name for a company but I'm not one to care. I read the address and ran over to it even if it was a couple miles.

Once i got there it was dark and i could see people start to exit the building. Using the darkness as my camoflauge and climb the fence. I jog over to the cars hiding behind what look like an abandoned limo and watched everyone leave , everyone but masky. I sat their waiting have the thought ' maybe he already left' , but then i see the door swing open. I see masky shut and lock the door behind him which most likely was the last person to leave. I walk over with out him noticeing me, i grabbed his hand from behind him and swing him around.

" masky you have a lot to explain.........."
