*Tobias's POV*

Holy!

She survived!

I couldn't believe it... the doctor said she would never wake up... HOW?!

It had to be a dream, like all the others. I lightly touched her face: smooth, beautiful...

"Tris..." I was at a lost for words. What do you say to someone who just woke up from a coma when the person wasn't expected to pull through?

" I remember. It was you I came back for! I love you Tobias..." Tris said.

Tears welled up in my eyes. NO DON'T LET THEM FALL!

Too late. The tears of joy spilled over.

Tris was alive!

*Tris's POV*

I made it!

Tobias began crying and I could almost understand how he felt because of course, I felt the same way too.

Surprise, happiness... a lot of other emotions.

Tears started falling from my eyes too. I could live a peaceful life with Tobias.

Suddenly his lips were on mine. It was a familiar feeling but instead of the normal casual kiss, it was one filled with thirst and hunger.

No, I will never leave this man.

*Tobias's POV*

"I have to go call the doctor. To tell him he was talking bullshit in believing you would never live!" I got up and ran off before I could change my mind about leaving.

I walked to the counter, more like ran, and demanded for the doctor in charge of taking care of Tris.

When he finally did appear, I was seething with anger, thinking that Tris would die.

Of course she wouldn't! She's too stubborn to let herself even rest in peace!

"Tris is awake! You said she would die and..."

"Son, you must be dreaming!" He cut me off.

That's it! He had just ticked me off!

I slapped him across the face.

"OW! Fine, fine I will go and see if you were hallucinating." The doctor, Mr Rams sighed.
