**January's POV**
We wondered home and it only took fifteen minutes. I walked in placing the bags on the new marble counters in the kitchen. I pulled off my coat and pushed off my shoes, placing them in the corner and putting my jacket on a hook in the Mudd room. I took my phone from my pocket and put it on the beautiful wooden table that was positioned also in the kitchen.
"So what movie do you wanna watch?" I looked to Dylan.
"How about Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children?" He asked me.
I nodded my head with a smile and walked up to my room to change. I hadn't fully unpacked but all my clothing was away so I went to my closet to pick out a black 5 seconds of summer t-shirt and rolled the sleeves. I put it on then went to my dresser and picked out a pair of maroon Nike pros. I slid them on and pulled a black beanie over my head. I heard the door bell and picked up the twenty-dollar-bill that was on my white nightstand. I sprinted down the dark oak wood stairs and to the heavy black door. I unlocked it and was handed the pizza box. I gave the guy the twenty dollars and said thanks.
I went to the entertainment room and laid the pizza box and two cans of coke on the coffee table. I heard Dylan scramble down the stairs and into the living room.
"Dude I could hear you upstairs from here" I laughed
"Sorry," Dylan laughed and sat down on the couch.
"You get the movie ready and I'll get the food?" I asked.
"Yeah sure" He smiled gently.
I walked into the kitchen and pulled out two paper plates and got a knife. I coursed back to the couch and cut two slices of pizza, locating one on each plate. I picked up the plates and coke and sat next to Dylan.
"Here" I smiled handing him his food. He thanked me and started the movie.

Once the movie had ended I heard the door come ajar. I heard a few footsteps and knew my mom and dad had arrived. I saw them come forward into my vision.
"Hi mom, hi dad," I said standing up from the blankets to hug them.
"Hi honey," My dad said looked past me. He looked irritated in all honesty. I ignored it and just let them be. I started to clean up the pizza while my parents went upstairs.
"That's probably the most I've ever been able to say to them." I implied.
"Really? I thought parents were supposed to be supportive and really love their children."
"Supposed to.." I whispered. "So tomorrow's Sunday so I figured we could go shopping for some stuff for school and then hang out for a bit. We start school this Monday and I'm not looking forward to that."
"Sounds good."
Once we had finished cleaning up the room I ambled up to my room. I brushed my teeth in the bathroom and walked over to my bed. I plugged in my phone, setting an alarm for six-thirty. I laid down on my new bed and covered up under the duvet. Slowly I started to fall into a safe sleep, and then all at once...

Hey guys! sorry for the short chapter but I forgot it was sunday and I had to upload quick. I also had to write this really quick cause I'm going to the barn to ride my horse. I don't really like this chapter but I need something to upload so oh well.
