Okay, so this is something I came up with entirely after watching the final episode of Season 2 of Young Justice, Endgame.
So Spoiler Alert...
Wally Dies.
BUT DOES HE?!
So in the Impulse comic books, and the Flash Comic books, and basically any speedster comic book in DC there's this thing called the speed force, a kinetically-generated form of power reserved only for people who posses the same abilities of that belonging to Bart Allen, Barry Allen and Wally West.
So here's my theory. Wally NEVER died. He was granted access into the speed force by being consumed by a kinetic force, which might have had the same energy impulse as a Boom Tube or quite possibly a black hole or portal. He was sucked into the vacuum and is now there with all the classified "Deceased" Speedsters who over time were granted access by "Dying" and becoming one with the speed force.
So what if Season Three becomes an actual thing?
Theory 1).
I think that if the third season of Young Justice were to happen, it would include an alternate dimension Wallace Rudolph West, or Kid Flash, instead of the one we all knew.
Theory 2).
There's also a possibility that Artemis may have been pregnant at the time of Wally's death and the future's Iris West (Wally West's daughter) becomes the new Impulse as Bart Allen had already taken the mantle belonging to Wally West prior.
Theory 3).
Bart Allen "Dies" therefore following comic book origins and releasing all the "Deceased" speedsters from the Speed Force and releases Wally out of that alternate dimension he had been trapped inside since Endgame; also making him capable of the same powers Barry Allen and Bart Allen posses, such as vibrating his molecules to shift through walls, traveling through time, harnessing the powers of the Speed Force, running much faster than he was ever able (Therefore speeding up his metabolism; meaning he can eat more chicken whizzies) and speaking at an abnormally fast and alarming rate like Impulse and The Flash. Then at the end of the season Bart Allen reappears from the speed force older and more damaged than before he was there.
Theory 4).
Bart Allen goes on an endless search for his cousin with his friend, Jaime Reyes (Blue Beetle) to piece together whether he really died or not due to Blue Beetle finding traces of the same kinetic energy that "Killed" Wally West and/or traces of his very presence.
Theory 5).
Inertia (A villain named Thaddeus Thawne) frees a delusional Wally West from the Speed Force, having Kid Flash been mentally insane and beyond psychic repair and convinces him to travel back in time with him as Reverse Kid Flash to eliminate the Allen Family, not only that but also killing his unborn child, which he never does because honestly guys, it's a kid's show.
Theory 6).
Wally West is actually dead, resulting in Impulse carrying on the mantle expected to be Kid Flash as if Wally's death never happened; Resulting in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and renders positive hallucinations of his cousin in order to keep him going on as Kid Flash.
Conclusion
Okay... so that's what I gathered from the final episodes of Young Justice and some of the comic books. If you don't know what I'm talking about, that's fine; but I highly suggest you read some of the comic books because they are amazing.
And plus, I live for the conspiracy theories.
