"Guys! I have decided, because of Noah's back.. We need an alternate. So I've brought in..." Riley started.
Noah sighed as she said this, he knew he would be fine for regionals so why bother.
He smiled slightly when Amanda gave his hand a squeeze of reassurance.
"Josh!" Richelle cut off Riley, her face bright as she ran into the guys arms.
"I guess some of you already know him..." Riley chuckled.
Noah furrowed his eyebrows.
Richelle has never mentioned a josh?
He was even more surprised when he pecked her lips.
"Since when did Richelle have a boyfriend?" Shelby smirked.
"3 months" she blushed laughing, now holding Josh's hand,
For some reason, Noah didn't like him... Not because Josh might take his spot at regionals, but because how close he is with Richelle.
"Well then I'll let you introduce him to everyone" Riley laughed, walking to her office.
Richelle grinned, as she introduced everyone to him.
"And this is Noah, My bestfriend, he's got a bad back" Richelle frowned.
Noah managed to fake smile, he already hated this guy so much and he doesn't know why.
He can't be jealous? He likes Amanda so why would he care.
"Nice to meet you bro" Josh grins.
"Yeah..." Noah awkwardly trailed off.
Josh just laughs awkwardly.
"I'll show you around" Henry grins, taking josh by the wrist and pulling him off to the music room.
"You Never told me you had a boyfriend" Noah muttered.
"You never asked" Richelle laughed, shrugging.
"But we are best friends you're supposed to tell me everything" Noah snapped.
Amanda awkwardly walked away as Richelle furrowed her eyebrows.
"Best friends? We were best friends Noah. You have barley spoken to me recently, you're always with Amanda. So don't go and start saying we are best friends and that I should've told you. Why do you even care!" Richelle snapped back, glaring at him.
"Because I don't like you having a boyfriend!" He spat out, surprised he even said that, why does he dislike her having a boyfriend?
"Why? I'm not your little sister you need to be protective of" she rolled her eyes.
"Whatever" he spat, walking out.
He needed to figure why he hated her having a boyfriend... He can't like Richelle right?
He probably just hates it because her boyfriend might replace him... He has Amanda anyways.
As the weeks go by, Noah just got even more angrier at the sight of josh and Richelle together, he likes Richelle. He has just been stupid to realise it.
He's still with Amanda though, he knows it's wrong considering he likes another girl but he isn't one to break up with someone, he can't bring himself to it.
"Alright the regionals duet is going to two dancers who have a lot of chemistry" Riley started.
Noah was hoping Riley didn't give it to him and Amanda, he's been trying to distant himself from her low key, but she's becoming very clingy.
"Noah and Richelle!" Riley beamed.
Josh and Amanda both scowled, as Richelle sighed and Noah cursed under his breath.
"You two need to start practising, studio b is free" Riley smiled, walking into her office.
Richelle walked to Studio B, Noah hesitantly following.
The tension and awkwardness became very evident very quickly.
"Look we aren't going to get this done if we don't talk. I want to be a featured dancer at regionals so we are going to put whatever happened aside while we work on this dance" Richelle said, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Whatever" Noah shrugged, stretching.
"I still don't see why you care that Josh is my boyfriend" Richelle mumbled, getting into the splits.
Noah huffed.
"I don't care that Josh is your boyfriend" he stated.
Richelle rolled her eyes. "You got annoyed because I had a boyfriend Noah" she exclaimed.
"No I was annoyed because I wasn't your boyfriend" He spilled, cursing under his breath at what he just admitted.
Her eyes widened, her lips parting slightly in surprise.
It was no secret that Richelle has always had feelings for Noah, but she knew she'd have to ignore them.
"But- what about Amanda?" She stuttered out, slowly standing up.
"I thought I liked her... But she's too clingy" he sighed, shrugging.
"I-I like you to" she said, looking at him.
"Since when?" He asked, not believing what she just said.
"Since Abi... I never stopped I just tried to ignore my feelings and Josh seemed like a nice guy so" she shrugged, looking down.
He couldn't help but smile, stepping closer to her and kissing her softly.
"I should've done that a while ago" he breathed put, then both looking into each other's eyes.
