(Cole's POV)
"Jay!" I screamed, but it was to late. The bullet found its home in Jay's chest. Jay hit the floor with a thud, gasping. I ran next to him, I knew it was to late to do anything, "Nadakhan,"
(Jay's POV)
"Nadakhan, follow what your... heart...says... not your... head." I wheezed. " Cole," I said turning my head toward him, tears threatening to fall. He grabbed my hand signaling to say it. "I love you... always have... I wish I... said it earlier," I said laughing, it was full of pain, " Take care of... them... for me." I said smiling weekly at him. "Tell the others... thanks... for everything..." My grip tightened one more time before everything started to fade. Tears escaped his eyes and he buried his face into his hands. "Why Jay, Why?" Everything went white.
(Nya's POV)
Jay said one last thing to Cole that made him lose it before he closed his eyes. "... thanks... for everything... " was all I heard. His hand fell to his side with a thud. I did it. I shot the person who made us smile when we lost all hope. I shot the person who looked at the positives in life. I shot my friend. I shot my team mate. I shot the love of my life. I felt hot tears cascade down my cheek. My shoulders started to shake. I let out all of what I was holding back. "No!"
(Lloyd's POV)
No no no no no! This can't be happening! This has to be a joke, yeah, Jay will sit up any moment now saying he got us and we will all go home. Right? This has to be a joke. I stood up and ran to where the earth and lightning masters were, while Kai ran to his sister's side engulfing her in a hug. Zane stayed in his position, not moving, frozen almost, by what, I didn't know. a red stain started spreading across Jay's once electric blue outfit, his eyes shadowed by his auburn hair. I collapsed on my knees next to Cole burring my head in my hands letting it all come out, ever since we got here I never would have thought this would happen. Never. I let out a shaky breath, but it really did happened. Jay's gone.
(Zane's POV)
Kai ran toward his sister to comfort her, and Lloyd ran to Cole and Jay. Zane please say something anything! Snap out of it! Pixel's voice rang through my head. She waved her arms infront of my face trying to get me to pay attention but her attempts were useless. I still didn't respond. No matter how desperate she got I still didn't answer. I couldn't believe it. It couldn't be happening. Could it? Hot Liquid spilled from my eyes. I already knew the answer.
(Kai's POV)
"It's okay," "shh everything is going to be all right," "you're okay." I said whispering sweet nothings to my sister. Her crying didn't cease. I don't blame her. She accidently shot the person she loved, and I honestly didn't believe a word I said either. I looked around the room scanning to see the same thing. Hot tears streamed down my cheeks and I hugged my sister even harder. Everyone on the team had broken, Nya, Zane, Cole, Lloyd, even me. What were we going to do now?
(Nadakhan's POV)
Once he took his final breath I couldn't take it. I had to poof out of the room. I hit my fist against the bathroom counter top. Tears threatening to fall. Why did he go down there with me and why didn't I listen to the obvious warnings. What was I going to do know? Set them free. It was Jay. I scanned the room but no one was there. I let out a heavy sorrow filled sigh. I know what I have to do.
