*Hello ladies and gents and welcome to maybe the final chapter of Captured? I don't know yet. Anyway, I hope you all are enjoying the book so far and lets get into this, shall we?*
(Cole's POV)
Nadakhan came down to where Jay was killed and I refused to leave the blue ninja's side no matter what my team mates said. "You are free to go, the ship is parked on the outer edge of ninjago city and your sensei is coming to take you back to your home." The djinn said out of nowhere. "What about Jay I'm not leaving him here with you!" I shouted. "That is why you are taking him. Your sensei took the Destiny and is currently waiting outside for your arrival. So, hurry along." Nadakhan said making the situation even more confusing. "Why are you letting us go just like that!" Kai questioned. "That's what he wanted." He said leaving us alone with our thoughts. " C'mon lets get him out of here." Zane said grabbing Jay by the ankles, and I grabbed him from under his armpits.
(Lloyd's POV)
The light burned my eyes as we exited the dark hull of the airship. I saw sensei on the deck of the Destiny and he looked relieved when he saw us exit but vanished almost instantly when he saw Jay. "What happened!" Wu said obviously panicking. Silence filled and it obviously was painstakingly clear to our sensei that Jay was gone. A cry escaped one of my team mates and I was expecting it to be at least Nya or Cole. No, instead it was Kai. "I can't believe he is gone. I was always so hard on him and that is probably all he is going to remember me by." He said breaking into tears. "It's okay-" Zane said trying to comfort him when we heard a gasp.
(Zane's POV)
My eyes went wide Jay gasped and his eyes were half lidded. His breathing was heavy. "J-jay?" Nya questioned with a mixture of joy and shock. "We need to get him to a hospital, now!" I exclaimed, but Cole was already a step ahead as he bolted toward the cock pit. I kneeled down next to him hearing him whisper one thing "Everything's okay."
(Wu's POV)
It seemed impossible, Jay was obviously dead, yet he sprang back to life. I just couldn't place my finger on how this could happen. There was no possible way it could be just luck or a coincidence. It just couldn't be.
