One: Healthy Eating

On tumblr, you see many photos of girls wearing crop tops, dresses, Bikinis and shorts and other cute clothes. Often these girls are accompanied by a healthy dish. Salads, Smoothies, Fruit, all which help improve your lifestyle.

By making a few tweaks and changes to your eating habits you can cut down those extra calories, get rid of belly fat and become healthier.

Don't change your diet completely to begin with. If you have been on a not so healthy diet, snacking on sugary treats and too many carbohydrates, your body will be relying on them as small blasts of energy. So take things slowly to begin with, making small changes over time.

1: Begin with cutting out sugary foods. Things such as potatoe crisps, milk chocolate, candy, buiscuts, crackers and soft drinks are the worst for your body. They dont supply your body with the nutrience it needs and adds extra body fat. They give small highs but then leave you feeling hungry and sluggish thirty minutes later.

Swap these foods for a healthier alternative, such as plain almonds, Fruit, Dark chocolate if your feeling like something sugary. Fruit is a good way to get positive energy, energy that doesn't crash after 30 odd minutes.

2: Replace bad carbs for a more healthier option. Instead of having white bread, eat wholegrain bread. Pasta or rice can easily be replaced by Quinoa.

Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit and if you eat meat, make sure to add a variety of meats to your diet, red meats are high in iron.

Try replacing everyday milk with almond milk or coconut milk. These are healthier for you but can still be used in cooking, coffee, baking and more.

Cut out soda drinks and fizzy drinks 110%. These are not only bad for you, they decay your teeth, such as all sugary foods and can cause cavities.

3: Drink plenty of water. Always keep a water bottle near you at all times. It is important to remain hydrated throughout the day.

When you wake up, have a big glass of water or lemon water. Before and after  a meal, have two big glasses of waters. Before a meal, it will make you feel less hungry and therefore you won't eat as much and be likely to overeat. After a meal, drinking water will make you less likely to want more and leave you contented.
