Dreams

Serena sat up in her bed and stretched her arms. She looked around and saw that everyone was still asleep. 'Huh. I must have woke up early.' She looked at Pancham, who wanted to sleep in her bed instead of his pokeball, snore softly, his head on her lap. She smiled and put him on her pillow instead.

''Pan pan pancham.'' Pancham mumbled soflty, starting to wake up. Serena rubbed his head and whispered for him to go back to sleep. He quieted down and went back to snoring softly. Serena chuckled and looked back to her friends when she noticed something. Ash isn't is his bed, his Pikachu is but he isn't.

Serena looked around and noticed that the door to their Pokecenter room was cracked a bit. She got up and tiptoed to the door, making sure not to wake anybody up. She walked out and kept going untill she reached the lobby.

''Ash?'' Serena called out softly. She walked untill she reached the couch that was used for people waiting for their room or waiting for a storm to pass. When she looked down she saw none other than Ash Ketchum sleeping soundly on it. 'What is he doing out here?' Serena thinks, shaking her head. 'But this is Ash we're talking about, so you never know.'

''Hmmm..cute.'' Ash mumbled. Serena looks at Ash. 'Did he say cute?' Serena leaned in closer trying to figure out what he was saying.

''You are so cute.'' Ash mumbles again.

''Who is cute?'' Serena wondered softly to herself, but in doing so woke Ash up. Serena stood back up while Ash sat up, rubbing his eyes.

''Huh? Serena? Whats up? Why are you up?'' Ash yawns, stretching his arms. Serena softly blushed and looked away.

''Well, I kinda woke up early and noticed that you were not in there so I went off to find you. I found you in here and..you were kinda talking in your sleep.'' Serena says.

'I talked in my sleep.' Ash thinks, pokerfaced. ''What exactly did I say?'' Ash asks her.

''Something about something being cute, what exactly were you dreaming about?'' Serena asked curious. Ash looked at the her and smiled.

''I was dreaming about a group of baby pokemon, they were all so cute.'' Ash says.

''Of course you would dream something like that Ash.'' Serena says, giggling. ''Well seeing that you are okay, I am going back to see if anyone else woke up yet.'' she says, going back to the room that held their sleeping friends.

''Okay, bye Serena.'' Ash says. He watched as Serena walked back to the room and when he was sure she was gone he lays back down, his hands on his face.

'I can't belive I talked in my sleep and she was right there. At least she doesn't know my real dream, where I couldn't do anything but say what I really feel. I was actually calling Serena cute.' Ash thinks, blushing.
