Reset [Seven]

An: this was a request I got from my friend after she heard about the reset theory! Hope you enjoy.

[E/c] stared blankly at the screen as you finished the last episode.. The last visual novel in the After Ending section.. You had finished it. You had finished Mystic Messenger. You stared blankly at the photo album, your fingers had moved as if to their own accord and brought you to your favorite photo you had of him...

The him in question was Seven. He had quickly hacked his way into your heart as you went through the routes of Jaehee, Yoosung, Zen and Jumin. It wasn't until you played his route that you truly fell for the Red-haired, golden eyed hacker. You had cried yourself to sleep, why? Because you fell for him. A character. You could hear the word 'pathetic' replaying in your mind as you stood, heading for your room.

You continued to stare at the screen which currently was asking if you wanted to Reset. You would remember everything, but, all those memories saved into your phone.. Would be gone. This is when you dropped the phone and lay back. Tears rolling down your face once again as you thought about Him..

You imagined him saying "Dont Cry" in his soothing voice, which would be followed by, "I would never forget you." But it only made you cry harder. "Why are you crying?" You couldn't help but blink in confusion as you sat up in alarm. Your eyes meeting the familiar gold hues. You blink in confusion.

Were you imagining things? What was going on? Did you finally lose it? He grabbed your phone, staring at the screen, a frown tugged at his lips as he looked up. "Please.. Dont reset.." you stared at him. Stretching out a hand, you clicked on your lamp and noticed something..

He was here. But, he was glitching in places, as though he would disappear in a minute. You stared in disbelief. "As long as you don't.. I can stay here.. With you.." You couldn't help but smile slightly at that. Taking your phone you tapped the "no" option and watched as he stopped glitching.

He smiled softly at you and you immediately wrapped your arms around him. "How long..?"You asked, wanting to know how long he's been there with you. He responded, "since day seven." You gave a confused look and so he explained,

"Their was a loop hole in the game that if a specific character truly made the player fall for them. They would be freed from the game so long as the person did not reset." You stared at him in surprise. "And.. The others?" He frowned for a moment. "Perhaps they may be able to escape.. But, it wont be with your help." For some reason, the statement made you blush.

"And why is that?" "I plan on making you mine right away." "You want to leave evidence on me that you exist again?" A chuckle left him as you brought that up.
