Chapter 1- part 1

CHAPTER 1 - PART 1

“Tis a pity we can’t have quiet wedding after all we are not in love nor shall I ever be.” Rosa yelled at her Father who was fuming.

“Here’s the fact young Lady, you will get married whether you like it or not. I will not be weak to bend to your every wish.”

Emotions stirred up intensely in Rosa’s body. She marched to her father looking at him dead in the eyes. Rosa has always been a firecracker, never scared to voice her opinions. Neither did she keep her mouth shut for even a second. The worst thing of all she was absolutely stubborn, hot-headed and hard-headed all these elements did not mix well with a Lady such like herself.

Her mother had the splitting personality as the Lady herself. Hintock was reminded of what he had lost once again. Pain surged into his chest twisting in to a not. He was about to lose someone else that meant the world to him.

Rosa had seen her fathers face had softened. She knew immediately that she had once again brought up pain and long suffering. Her father has been the best father in the universe; he did not deserve the disrespect that she has lowly given to him.

She stepped closer to him and engulfed him into a tight embrace almost instantly her father wrapped his arm around her back. She looked up at his face and took in a deep breathe.

“Oh father, i believe’ee i have been nothing but a spoiled brat. I understand the circumstances in which I have to marry the fool. But you have to consider my temperament. I can’t control it. Deep down father I know that is all lies. I can’t bear to lose another loved one. You taught me everything I know and have been such an inspiration to me. Father you must know that I can’t be separated from you your the only family I have. I’m scared...” Rosa whispered to her father chest. Hot tears rolled each face.

“I love you father, I’m terribly sorry for the pain I have caused you. I was meant to look out for you.”  Henri looked down at his daughter.

“I love you to sweet heart more than anything in the world. If I could control this I would not allow anything to happen without your consent. This issue is beyond me.”  Rosa was already dosing off in her fathers arms. This might be the last time so she was taking advantage of the situation.

Lord kingdom was staying the Hintock manor as the wedding was taking place here then his sanctuary. He was yet to see his soon – to – be wife. Lord kingdom felt such burden placed on his shoulders, he didn’t want a wife so young age. He was a knight, it was unnecessary for him to get married. He could have anyone woman but he has to do what the king ordered.  He wondered how she would be like. Whether she had blonde hair and green eyes like her father or her mother who hasn’t been introduced yet. Clay Kingdom was about to enter his chamber when he heard saddened voices emerging from the room. He listened in intently and could make out clearly a female voice and the man of the manor. He guessed it would be his wife who was currently bawling her eyes out because she had to get married to him. It was nothing personal but she was more upset at the fact she was moving away. He wasn’t as heartless as everybody thought, he would make the Lady happy by buying a house here so that she could be close to her father. But just not tell her about the reason.
