'I say no one knows,
Because no one "know",
No one understands,
The feeling,
The touch,
The loss of control,
The way in which it gets worst,
Further and further away,
Time goes away,
And still it stays.
But no one "knows",
Or says anything,
Don't avoid situations
Or subjects.
triggers. TRIGGERS.
The ones that drown you out.
The ones that engulf you in vulnerability.
Throwing you in front of a train.
But no one knows,
That in a joke or a remark,
The scar inside gets deeper and deeper.
Cutting threw you,
Forcing you to breathe and smile,
Because if you break... If I break,
No one 'knows',
No one understands.
No one can pick up the pieces and fix the faults,
Because they don't know.
Nighttime, temporarily fixed,
With earphones, and 'undertone' on repeat
Swallowing the sound within me,
Curling up into a ball,
Shrink, shrink, disappear.
Morning, left again to drown,
In the empty 'help',
Because no one 'knows'.
No one even tries.'- E.R ~ 08.12.15
