Epilogue:

The lights were on yet it was becoming darker by the second. The air around me was getting stuffy and it was getting harder to breathe. I tried wriggling my hands around but giving up after realising they were bound by a thick and itchy material. They grabbed my legs and started tying it with the same coarse material; I tried kicking everywhere, desperate to get out of their grip.

I started Hyperventilating "Helpppppp!" Something was being stuffed into my mouth; it was scratchy like sand paper and stung the insides of my cheeks.  That was when I saw out of the corner of my eye, a shadow of a large hand swing towards my head and that’s when I blacked out.

I woke a few minutes later, my head ringing. After a few seconds, I managed to take in everything around me. My clothes were torn and my hands and legs were tied to a chair. The walls around me were a dark purple and the carpet beneath me was a horrific, blood red. I heard a footsteps coming from a hallway, the sounds echoing and bouncing of the scary walls. I let my eyes close and tried to even my breathing to make it look like I’m still asleep. “This one is going to be worth more than all the others, this one is a beaut!”

“How much do you think?”

 “About 10 to 15 thousand…”

 “Are you sure?”

“Not quite, maybe even a little more…”

A rough hand tilted my face towards its owner’s face to inspect it. My breathing increased. “She’s waking.” The hand released its hold on my face and travelled down to my right elbow. There a quick pain located above a bit higher up and suddenly I felt very sleepy. “Sleep well little one,” Murmured a faint voice, “and let’s see how much your worth.”
