Olivia Allen is the new girl in town, and she's not so sweet. But Mia remembers when she was the new girl, and tries to take her under her wing. Olivia can be mean though, as a matter of fact, she might even be meaner than Sydney Whitman--if that's even possible! Plus she makes fun of the other Cupcake girls and tells Mia she shouldn't be friends with them. It isn't long before Mia reaches her boiling point--and realizes this new girl just doesn't fit in the mix!
