Behind Closed Doors

Chapter 8

*Blythe*

Trevor and Rachel were gone for almost five hours...it was already 10:30 pm. The kids were up with me watching cartoons and eating marshmallow covered popcorn. They fell asleep as soon as the original Power Puff Girls came on. I carried them to their room, tucked them in with their blankets and teddies bears and turned off the lights.

This job is actually good practice especially if I plan to be a mother one day after I graduate college or after i get successful in my career. I don't know we will see what happens. I went back into the living room and cleaned up the mess then turned off the TV. I could really use a Jacuzzi bath right now. Luckily my bathroom had one.

I turned the water and the jets with a touch of a blue bath bomb with the smell of cherry blossom and bubble gum. I wrapped my hair in a high bun and slide in the tub. The touch of the hot water touching my skin made me feel relaxed. I turned on the radio across from me next to the shower and it played smooth R&B. This was heaven!

Before I got the chance to close my eyes, I got a call on my phone. I reached over and notice it was Will calling me. I didn't know what to say to him about this job but hopeful he would understand that I needed to do something other than wait for him the whole summer.

Hello beautiful!
Oh hey Will! This is a surprise call! How you been?
Other than trying to follow in Dad's shoes as a business man, to be honest, Im really missing you.
Aw. I miss you too. Been kinda bored this whole summer?
Well, I come back in a couple of days, how about I take you out somewhere special? Just you and me.
I like that. But...
But what, Blythe?
Um I got a part time job babysitting this rich families kid while they are on vacation.
Well what's the problem?
The job was to go to Hawaii with them and watch the kids while they quote on quote have some time together. But they are paying me good.
So you're in Hawaii with this family?
Yeah. The couple went out to dinner and the kids are asleep now. I'm just here taking a bath, relaxing.

Suddenly I heard the door open and Rachel giggling. Guess the night went well, I wouldn't blame her.
Hey Will, I have to go now, they just got back in. I'll call you tomorrow.
Oh come on, I miss talking to you. Don't go.
I promise I will call tomorrow when I got a chance.
Alright. Take care of yourself.
You too and be careful. Before I got a chance to hang up the phone, Will said something that made my heart skip a couple beats.
I love you Blythe. Very much. Oh God. What should I say back?
I love you too.

I can't believe I said that. But did I mean? It felt so right and good at the same time. I think I may actually be falling in love with him.

I climbed outta the tub, dried off quickly and throwing on a black bra, a thong and a XXL tee shirt from when I was in basketball. My hair was still tied in a bun and I raced out to greet them before anything else goes down.

I saw them close together and giggling until I cleared by throats breaking up this freaking shit. Rachel didn't stop but Trevor's devilish eyes looked over at me and stared at me as he was kissing her neck. This was starting to freak me out more and more. I slowly back away until I bumped into a chest that made a loud noise.

At last Rachel turned and saw me. She was blushed red with small purple hickies on her neck.

"Oh, Blythe! We thought everyone was asleep."
"Uh, no. The kids went to bed about fifteen minutes ago and I was just in the bath."
"Oh, ok. Good. Well we are going to bed too." Yeah I'm sure that's not the only thing your gonna do. I swear this couple is gonna soon overpopulate the whole world.
