Chapter1:The Encounter

(Hey guy this is my special Story from Arceus Son, this story doesn't have Misty or Brock because this story is all about Ash and _______ someone secret hehehe,keep reading guys.)

MewTwo POV

Its been months since I escape from Team Rockets Lab,they going to use me for evil things and I don't want that to happened,I mentally thought while resting inside the Cerulean Cave.

I started living here inside the Cerulean Cave,theres food in the forest,clean water inside the cave and peaceful scenery.

I could live here forever" i happily thought while sitting in a boulder near the edge of a cliff.

I stretch out my arms and started headed to the cave to rest.

Before I reach the entrance of the cave,I sense a familiar Aura coming closer to my location.

I quickly stop walking and when the familiar being is just right behind me.

What the? did it just Teleported to where I am? I thought and slowly look behind me seeing a taned guy wearing a hat and a Pikachu in his shoulder.

"Look Sparky told you I was right" said the young man.

"Yeah your right Ash there is a Mysterious Pokemon living in Ceruluan Cave" said the Pikachu.

Wait!!,that guy looks like he's talking to his Pikachu, its impossible only special person can talk to Pokemon's like Aura Guardians and Psychic I thought.

Before I can response to him a light from a helicopter spotted me and starting landing some men into the ground and surrounded me.

"Team Rocket"I mentally shout.

"Good to see you again Mewtwo" said a man from behind and start walking towards me and I know who he is.

I ready myself into a battle stance and wait for Giovanni moves.

"We been searching for you Mewtwo and now I find you,I won't let you escape this time"then he grab a pokeball in his belt but not just any pokeball a Masterball the most powerful pokeball of all,Shit I'm in trouble I thought.

"Go Masterball!!" Giovanni throw the Masterball towards me and suck me inside it.

Inside the Masterball its so dark I can't see anything,I starting to get scared just thinking Giovanni using me to cause chaos to the world makes me sad,I'm all alone,help,help me somebody I scream atloud.

"Hey stop!!, what your doing to Mewtwo" the same guy earlier said.

Wait he still here!!?,he didn't escape while I'm being captured.

"Huh a kid?,what a kid doing here? Giovanni said when he notice the young trainer.

"Let Mewtwo go or else?" He demanded.

"Really kid your going to challenge us,your outnumbered 20 to 1 you don't stand a chance" Giovanni answered.

"Doesn't matter right Sparky and now Use Thunderbolt to all the Grunts" he ordered.

Pikachu Use Thunderbolt to all Giovanni grunts causing them to faint to the ground.

"Looks like you aren't just any ordinary Trainer, well then let's see if you can fight we my newly captured Pokémon" he said with a evil tone and tossed me into battle.

"Mewtwo irradicite this trainer" he commanded me but I can't refuse so I use Shadowball on Pikachu causing him to fall into the ground but still conscious.

"You all right Pikachu?"he grab his Pikachu into his arms.

"Okay Pikachu rest for a bit,I handle this" he said then stand in front of me and Giovanni.

What's he doing? Is he going to battle me himself,what's he thinking? I thought stepping back.

"Foolish brat Mewtwo finish him" Giovanni ordered me,I can't resist to his command and feel weird the sensation then I didn't realize I use ShadowBall on him.

"Move away before its too late" I yell to him.

"I call the Aura inside me Transform!!!" he shout outloud then he began to glow and change shape.

My Shadowball just bounce away from him then he stop glowing and transform into another Mewtwo but in different color.

I literally jawdrop even Giovanni whose standing behind me.

"Now to free Mewtwo" he then use Psychic to grab the MasterBall from Giovanni hands.

"What the?,impossible!?? Giovanni said still shocked.

"Now to shot you down Shadow Ball!!! he said then fired a ShadowBall to Giovanni causing him to get hit in the back and faint in the ground.

I still here standing not moving and just staring at the Black Mewtwo,then he started tying up all Team Rocket members and healed his Pikachu.

"Come on Pikachu let's get going the authorities is on their way" he said then put Pikachu in his shoulder and he started walking away from me.

"Hey Wait!!" I said causing him to stop and look at me with a smile then something inside of me feel warm when he look at me that.

"What?"he ask.

"I thought your going to captured me that is the reason you came to me right? I said with a questioning look.

"And how can you transformed into my kind,so tell me what are you? I ask him seriously.

"To answer your questions first I'm just checking the unsual Psychic power in the area and it turns out its you,secondly I'm Arceus son Ash and I'm a pokemon trainer" he said smiling to me that made me blush hard.

"So your not here to captured me really"

I said still has doubt in his words.

"Yeah that's right"

He said with a smile again that me blush more then he transformed back to his human form and started walking before saying"we see each other again bye Miss Mewtwo"

The word Miss make me fall into my knees and sit into the ground"Who is he? How can he doing this to me, this new feelings inside my heart what is it?"

Then I leave Cerulean Cave and find another hiding place but still thinking about that guy(blush) I think I kinda like him I thought then fly towards the sky.
