STILL NIALLS POV 

"Niall what is it"

"i cant say" he said crying, i hate seeing him like this it hurts like shit.

"why are you keeping secrets from me"

"its not been 5 years yet" he cried

"what"

"it could come back" he chocked out

"what cou....."

all of a sudden he burst out into a coughing fit

"help" i yelled

"i-itts f-f-i-n-e" he stuttered in between coughing

i started crying and Louis and Ingrid came running out of the tent.

INGRIDS POV

i woke up when i heard someone coughing. it sounded pretty bad, reminded me a bit of Niall wait Niall.

i rushed over to Louis and he woke up thinking the same thing as me, we had to look after Niall through everything he went through. it was hard he had some pretty bad mood swings. he stopped eating for a while that's why he eats non stop now. he was told he had a 50% chance it would come back in the next 5 years, its been 3.

we ran out of the tent over to niall

i skidded over to his side and grabbed his hand "its going to be OK" i whispered to him, "i-i-is i-i-t" he stuttered, still coughing.

"Call his i don't know call my mum" i said throwing my phone at him.(everyone knows the password)
"Lou go get a blanket" he nodded and ran in the tent.

soon enough everyone was out here. i wrapped the blanket round niall and gave him some water that was out here from the picnic liam had made niall.

he drank it but coughed come of it up.

i grabbed the phone of of Liam and dialed my mum number again because it kept going to answer machine.

sure enough she answered.

"mum come please" i choked out, i hadn't realized i'd been crying

"whats wrong" she panicked

"mum i-i t-think its c-c-o-ome back" i cried tears slipping down my cheeks

"i'm on my way" she said

she had helped through the last time this happened, she was the mum nialler never had.

"shes on her way" i said, i had to get through this.
