You open your eyes, glad to be back in this dream like world of yours. In this place, you're truly yourself. No need for any limits. There's no one to push you down.
It was a world you control.
Sitting by the magically summoned table, you sip on your earl grey tea, playing with the lace doily that covered the little round table.
"Hmm. To dessert, or to not dessert? Dessert, is what thy chosen."
On cue, a plate of strawberry shortcake appeared, as did a little threek (ahah a fork with three prongs)
You set down the tea, and cut a bit of the cake. Biting down, the crispy pastry and the soft cake and juicy strawberry melted together magnificently, and you couldn't help but eat the whole cake in just a few bites. So lady like, I know.
A soft smile plastered your face, but it wasn't long before it was wiped off, and instead replaced with a mix of shock and agony.
The spear was back, and it came to stab you again.
It plunged through your chest, and back the other way. Gasping, the scenery shattered, replaced by a space defying black void.
Now the spear stopped, and pulled itself out, leaving you to bleed invisible blood everywhere, the pain splitting you into pieces.
You fall to the floor, and become one with the darkness.

"GASP!"
You wake up with a start, but immediately fell back down when the spear threatened to slice.
A nurse sat by your bed, working on the monitors and all.
"Hello" You said "how much longer will I have to stay here now?"
The nurse turned away, as if very uncomfortable with her next words.
After a bit, she turned back, and took a breath.
"I'm very sorry I have to break this to you, but youdonthavemuchlongertoliveifyouhaveanywishespleasestatethemnow"
"Come again? Didn't quite catch that."
She took another breath, and stared you dead in the eye.
"You are going to die. A wound just appeared inside of your vital organs and you are heavily bleeding on the inside. I won't go into too much detail but long story short we can't stop it and you have approximately a month left to live. Any last wishes?"
It was as if she's said it over and over. To many people.
Expressionless. Straight forward. A shot to the heart.
You stared back, wide eyed.
"I... thank you for being so straight forward... um... could you come back later? I need to think of some wishes..."
You were surprised you didn't break Down right there and now. But... I suppose all these worthless years alive have made you tough.
The nurse smiled, and left the room. "I'll check back later, then."
After she left, you spent a bit Contemplating on what to do. Your life was worthless, after all..
Then, a though came back, along with those deep red eyes that burnt into your memories.
The albino. I have to see him. I need to thank him for staying with me when no one else would.
