After they left, you flopped down on the bed again, rolling around and fangirling before sleep grasped you in its hands, and you succumbed to the sleep wrath.

"Oh geez... this is getting so bad"

your nose was slightly dripping blood, and you also fainted just earlier this morning.

"AM I dying already?!"

"I am not f***ing dying. Not yet."

Not even half a month had gone by yet, but you're getting worse everyday. It was a living hell. Bloody noses at unexpected times, fainting if you move to quickly, you can't even stay up to read! That was worse than dying. Fandoms are a part of your existence. Its not your whole life, but without it, you'd go insane. Maybe.

Suddenly, a bout of dizziness washes upon you, and you're greeted by the carpeted yet hard floor.

A nurse adorned with black eye bags who's trying so hard to keep her posture up, but no no avail, came in. Kinda Like a zombie, I guess.

"Hey, you've been out for an entire day or so."

She's not even bothering to speak formally anymore. I guess working in the medical field is really tiring.

"By the way, those Beilschmidt bros visited again. They also left you a present! Man, you must really get along well with guys, since those two are so friendly and casual 'round ya."

"Ah, not really" you laugh "and what's this about a present? I like presents!"

"Oh yes, that. Here,"

She placed a parcel on your bedside table, and then exited after checking your pulse and all that sh*t.

Carefully unfolding the paper - it's just a habit from ol' times - you take out a frames portrait of a laughing Prussia and a Germany with a 'Bruder are you kidding me?' Face plastered on.

Smiling to yourself, you pull out the card.

Heeey! (Y/n)!

Hope your still doing okay, it really shocked me as to how casually you addressed your death date :/

Me and west are gonna visit again soon, and we'll bring the allies and the rest of the axis since you really enjoy this 'hetalia' thing Japan made.
