2. New Commanders

Chapter  2

Beta POV

Alpha and I just finished our mission on Neptune (the planet not the god). I admit it is fun to travel to other planets but fighting in two wars before we died and fighting more wars now sucks. Yes we do it to save the universe but still. The only break we got was dieing, and that didnt last long.

-Flashback-

After Gaea killed Percy and I, we sunk straight down and ended up in a beautiful village. A younge man walked up to us and when we saw him, all three of us froze. Luke. All of us suddenly ran to eachother and greeted eachother with hugs. Most people think we dont like Luke anymore. Wrong. He sacrificed himself to defeat Kronos. So he is good. Anyway after we greeted eachother Luke asked how we died. We told him Gaea had risen and unfortunately killed us during the battle. Before he could reply, a portal blacker than Nyx (tust me  that is seriously dark) appeared and a man stepped out. He was covered in stars and planets.

"Chaos," I breathed. All of us got down and knelt to him. He just chuckled and told us not to kneel. We got up confused and asked him why he was here.

" I am here to recrute you into my army"

"Why?" Percy asked.

"I have watched all of your progress on Earth and have decided to make you, Percy and Annabeth, co-commanders of my army and you, Luke their lutenent."

We looked at eachother. "We accept." All three of us said at once.

"Great, here are your cloaks and hoods because everybody on my planet wears them."

-End Flashback-

Then he told Percy and I that our new names were Alpha and Beta, and Luke's name was Omega. We have been helping him for a long time. I wish we had one mission on Earth so we could see who won the battle against Gaea. Little did I know how short I had to wait.

I'm going to continue until i reach chapter 5, then stop and see if you guys like it.
