A Pony Masquerade

Chapter seven: Broken Toys

I opened my eyes still half asleep. The wall was pink.

My wall isn't pink. Not in Equestria or on Earth. So I rolled over.

My face met Pinkie's. She stirred in her sleep and stuck her tongue into my mouth.

"MMMPH!"

"Huh?"

"AAAAAH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAH!"

We both fell off opposite sides of the bed screaming. I just lay there for a couple minutes.

"Sorry," I heard from across the bed.

I thought about what just happened.

"No Problem," I smiled.

"Aw, screw it."

She hopped over the bed and landed next to me.

"I know you probably don't want to hear this, but. I wish I was awake for all of that."

I blushed.

"Thanks I guess"

"I think I like you."

"But you hate me."

"Human you. Here it's different for some reason."

"How?"

"I don't know. It's still you but it's the real you."

"What?"

"You open up more here. Like there's no consequences."

"Because here I'm accepted. I fit in. And somepony loves me. Well, used to."

"I love you."

"What?"

She pulled me in to a long kiss.

"There. That time I did it while I was awake."

My jaw was hanging open.

"Wow."

She blushed.

I passed out.

Pinkie Pie PoV.

He just passed out. I made him pass out. Was it me that made him pass out? Was it something else? Who cares? He passed out!

"Oh my Celestia! What do I do?"

I couldn't let him just sit there. Could I? I still didn't understand exactly how different ponies are from humans.

I laid him down on my bed, which wasn't that hard considering he was much lighter than me.

I decided to walk around town until he woke up.

"Hi Pinkie. How's it going?" Twilight was walking next to me.

"It's going great."

"Where's Masque, or Cell or whatever?"

"His name is Celadon, but I call him Cell. He's back at my place sleeping."

"Doesn't he live with Rainbow Dash?"

"She dumped him."

"Dumped?"

"She's ignoring him and she locked herself in her room."

"Oh. How's he taking it."

"Just fine."

I smiled and my cheeks turned bright red. She noticed.
