Chapter 1
The Tragic Love Story
*1997*
It's the night time in a small bar in the town of Sandyville. Heather and a few of her friends, Shelby, Scott, and Barry. Heather and Shelby had been friends since Heather moved to Ripley W.Va from Wintersville OH. This was new territory for Heather. She didn't know anyone and she was trying to restart her life. Shelby and the other guys were having drinks playing pool and there were people signing karaoke that didn't do well at all. Heather did not know Barry or Scott that well. They were just there just like Shelby and Heather. They didn't speak much. Heather had to go to the restroom. She went in there and sat down. All of a sudden the Karaoke stopped and they started playing something else. "They must have turned on the radio", Heather said to herself. When she was through in the bathroom then she went back to the pool table where they were playing before. Barry was not there.
"Where did Barry go"?
Shelby then pointed to the small stage.
Heather looked up into Barry's gazing eyes and saw him singing clear country music into a microphone. Heather did not know he could sing so well, and here she thought it was the radio. When he got finished then Heather had congratulated him greatly.
"Barry! I had no idea you could sing like that"!
"Well it's nothing really", he said with a chuckle.
They went on to play pool and Heather had thought she found her one true love. They ended up getting married on December of 1998. And having there first born child Noah on August of 1999.
