She was always that girl,
That no one saw,
The one always ignored and shunned.
But a day came,
When the tables turned,
And she was that girl everyone wants.
No longer a shadow in the sun,
Her world turned with a magic touch,
And she became a star worth more.
She thought back to those days,
When nobody knew her name,
Or what she had to say,
How lonely and sad it must have been.
But her zeal to hit it big,
And be the best she can be,
Took her to the highest peak,
She never thought she could reach.
