I'd say don't, no matter how much you just want to try it to see if it helps, it doesn't, it just sends you into a dark hole that you can't get out from, it's fucking horrible, just don't please, there's so many people you can talk to, like me, I wish I had someone to talk to when I first started but I was too scared to tell someone that I personally know invade they told someone else and eventually it would get around the school, so if anyone ever wants to talk about anything, talk to me ☺️
