Kody's Point of View
The next day after school, my sister ran to our room and started changing. She came oout a few mintues later dressed in jeans and a concert tee. She looked at the clock. 3:47. She grabbed her bag and darted out the door.
Austin's Point of View
I got there at three fourty nine. I liked to show up early so that I was never late. I chose a seat in the back of the parlor. A few mintues later, Kaylynn came in. She looked absolulty beautiful. I just didn't know how to tell her that. Kaylynn scanned the room, looking for me. She then spotted me and started to walk over to me. I stood up and when she got over to me, I embraced her in a soft hug. I let go and pulled out her chair for her. Kaylynn sat down and I scooted her chair in. I took my seat. The waitress came over and asked us what wee wanted to drink. Her a sprite, me a pepsi. I looked down at the table and laughed. She started fiddling with her hair. "So... what would you like to eat?" She at me and smiled.
She took a moment to answer. "I like peproni and chesee if that's okay with you." I nodded my head and then the waitress came back with our drinks.
"A sprite for the beautiful young lady, and a diet pepsi for the handsome young lad." Kay and I both laughed. "What may I get the young couple for dinner tonight?"
I smiled, thinking if only it were true. "A small peproni pizza, please." The waitress nodded and walked back to the kitchen.
"So.. uhh... What's your favorite color... movie... or something...?"
Kay laughed quietly. "Welp, my favotire color would have to be light pink, and my favorite movie is A Walk to Remember." She then finsihed her sentence with her signature smile. Oh how I loved that smile. I swear it could kill a man.
Our pizza came a few mintues later. Kaylynn reached her hand out to get her plate, but I put my hand over hers to stop her. She looked up at me and I looked into her eyes. I was lost in her shimmering eyes. I looked away and grabbed her plate. I gave her one slice of the pizza. "Thanks," she said and smiled while she ate. I ignored my plate and just grabbed my slice of pizza. I am a rebel. I ate it slowly trying to not look like a slob in front of my wana-be-girlfriend. I took another piece and ate it as well. Kay seamed to be done because she had a napkin over her plate. I wiped my mouth off on a napkin and sat it on her plate. "What do you like in a girl?" She asked with the sweetest tone that any girl could ever use.
I smiled and then replied. "A girl like you"
"A girl like me?" She replied with much question in her voice.
"Well... your uhh... sweet, pretty, smart, and mysterious." Kay smiled. "I have been wanting to ask you something since I saw you yesterday."
She kept smiling. "And what would that be Austin?"
I took one of her hands and wrapped int in mine. "Will you uh... be my uhh... date to the uhh... dance this Friday..?"
Kaylynn smiled and blushed, "Yes."
"I understand if you don't... w-w-wait... you said yes?"
"Yes!" She hugged me tight.
I let go of her. "Would you like for me to walk you home mame?" She nodded. I put a twenty down next to the recipt. I snuck my arm around her waist and walked out the door with Kay by my side. I let her lead because I had no idea where her house was.
When we got there, I let got of her. SHe smiled faintly. "I'll see you tomorrow." She said with a sweet smile.
I kissed her cheek. I heard someone chuckle. I looked around and out came her brother from behind the bushes. He showed us a picture. It was me and Kaylynn. And I was kissing her cheek.. I turned and walked away from them and ran home.
Kaylynn's Point of View
I ran in the door behind Kody. "Delete that picture!!" Kody shook his head and disagremet.
"It's blackmail. If you tell them I smoke... I'll tell them you kiss guys."
I frowned. "Your a dirtbag."
Kody smiled. "You know I love you Twinnie."
I smiled as well. "Love ya too bro."
